    Complaint aiims delhi

    I have deposited money to aiims delhi for a test suggest by aiims doctor, i have given my blood sample on 10th april 2018, now it has been 04 months no reports as on date, how aiims delhi is doing treatment of patients bagwan bharose.

    My test reports are pending from past 04 months, test name blood cnc - serum anti achr ab, date of test 10th april 2018, very disgusting.

      My father is a cancer paitent (Irch 216626) its been 3 weeks we are marching around hospital and nothing has been done, he has a blockage somewhere in gall blader and he is suffering from joundice because of it he became too week and should be treated in priorty but each time we visit hospital weget a next date.

      They have nothing to do with case's criticality paitent suffer a lot due to this behavior.

        Dear concern,
        Myself mohit khatri, mob.[protected],
        I have admitted my father in law on dated 16-jun-18 at aiims file no.623/ct/18-19 c. R. No.120459 (See attached bill for reference).
        I have claim this amount to my family health plan insurance tpa limited & they have demanding me to submitted below mentioned document.
        But when i demanding aiims to provide me these document from account dept (Room no.105) they denied me to give any kind of document (Below mentioned) except final bill.
        These documents are necessary for approving my claim reimbursement by family health plan insurance tpa limited.
        If they (Aiims) are not able to give me the original documents then give me xerox copy with sign & stamp.

          जिसके आधार पर देवांश हॉस्पिटल और अलीगढ अल्ट्रासाउंड सेण्टर के आधार पर मोनिका जिंदल का ऑपरेशन और अल्ट्रासाउंड किया गया बताया गया है. दिनाक 27.08.2017 को में प्रतीक गुप्ता अलीगढ अल्ट्रासाउंड सेण्टर पहुंचा तो अलीगढ अल्ट्रासाउंड सेंटर द्वारा बनायीं गयी तो यह पता चला की यह अलीगढ अल्ट्रासाउंड सेण्टर की मोनिका जिंदल की अल्ट्रासाउंड की बनायीं गयी रिपोर्ट उनके द्वारा नहीं बांयी गयी है और न ही उन्हें द्वारा औरहस्ताक्षर किये गए है. फिर हमें पता चला की चार्ज शीट केस न. 0609/2016 क्वार्सी थाना अलीगढ दर्ज में यह पता चला की मोनिका जिंदल और उसके पिता अरुण अग्रवाल व देवांश हॉस्पिटल के मालिक तेज दत्त भरद्वाज द्वारा बनायी गयी झूटी व फर्जी रिपोर्ट है और उसके साथ हमारे खिलाफ षड्यंत्र करके मुझे और मेरे परिवार को फ़साने की कोशिश करी व इसी केस में दिल्ली के 3 लोगो को जेल भी भेजा गया एवं हमारे खिलाफ झूठी रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई एवं अगले दिन डॉक्टर आमिर कमर द्वारा एक FIR0476/2017 थाना सीवील लाइन्स अलीगढ में दर्ज करवाई गयी. और उसमे बताया गया की मेरे कागजात का दुरूपयोग किया गया है और मोनिका जिंदल और अरुण अग्रवाल व देवांश हॉस्पिटल ने षड्यंत्र के तहत ये झूटी रिपोर्ट 0609/2016 क्वार्सी थाना अलीगढ में बनायीं गयी है. 0609/2016 क्वार्सी थाना अलीगढ के बयाना के मुताबिक डॉक्टर सायरा एजाज जो की BUMS की डॉक्टर है उन्होंने मोनिका जिंदल का ऑपरेशन कर दिया मगर हमने पता किआ की यूनानी मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ़ हेल्थ एंड मेडिसिन द्वारा पता चला की BUMS का डॉक्टर ऐसा कोई ऑपरेशन नही कर सकता और न उसे करना चाहिए. अगर वह ऐसा करता है की तो उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाएगी लेकिन न ही मोनिका जिंदल कभी गर्भवती थी और न ही कोई ऑपरेशन हुआ. क्यूंकि ऑपरेशन का आधार था अल्ट्रासाउंड रिपोर्ट था जब अल्ट्रासाउंड रिपोर्ट ही झूठी थी तो ऑपरेशन किसका हुआ कृपया करके इस हॉस्पिटल की जांच करायी जाए और देवांश हॉस्पिटल अलीगढ के मालिक डॉक्टर तेज दत्त भरद्वाज से ऑपरेशन का आधार पूछा जाए एवं रजिस्टर में एंट्री व इस ऑपरेशन के पुराने रिकॉर्ड दिखाए .
          हेल्थ मिनिस्ट्री की नियम अनुसार पिछले 2 साल का रिकॉर्ड होना जरूरी है. इस बात पर शक होना यह साबित करता है की यह हॉस्पिटल फ्रौड है और गलत काम करने का आदि है. कृपा करके इस हॉस्पिटल की सख्ती से जांच करवाए और डॉक्टर सायरा एजाज को ऑपरेशन करने के विरुद्ध में लाइसेंस रद्द किया जाये.

            My employee Mr. Raju Singh was admitted to AIIMS hospital in Emergency ward in Jodhpur (Rajasthan) at around 18.30 P.M on dated 3.07.2013 vide admission card no. AIIMS/JDH/2018/07/001860 because his left hand went into conveyor belt while operating the machine. There were multiple fractures and vascular disorder and skin torn problems . The Asst. Doctors present at the hospital informed us that we need all three Doctors to operate him viz Orthopedic Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon and Vascular Surgeon and hence you have to wait and have told us to wait for 2-3 hours .Around 10 o clock in the night we were told that we will have to wait for another 3-4 hours as Plastic surgeon Mr. Kala is not able to come to hospital and hence we have to wait till 3.30 . Around 3.45 we are told that they would not be able to operate till evening of 4th July and the condition of the Patient is deteriorating so you should take the patient to other hospital.

            They also talked with the Doctors of Icon hospital to whom we have contact and told them to get the operation done immediately or else the patient would loose his hand as his pulse was slowing down.

            We had no option but to rush and take the patient to Icon hospital.

            Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the AIIMS hospital Doctors at Jodhpur and give us compensation for all the expenditures incurred by us..

              The security guard doesn’t have manners how to treat patient and attendant.. they are doing misbehave..the all attendants are unhappy with the security guard.. the security guard are using local language they can’t using hindi.. I learn about your firm.. the KORE Security Services are very popular.. bt some person will damage your reputation... in morning the other security guard mr.mahendra bhannga also using abuse words against me . The whole staff of Kore Security Services has supporting him. They are forcing me to fight.. they all are doing misbehave.i am not happy with your security Service.. the security guard are profession less.. I hope you will understand.. please resolve my problem..

                There is a scam running by the staff of the aiims hospital. They firstly talk to the patients that they provide the treatment very easily provided spending some money and the patients ready for this because they need the treatment. And also told that they know the doctors so your don't face any problem but as the money paid by the patients they neither provide the treatment nor return the money to the patients and I also came under this scam.
                So. I request you to make a committee and take strict action against them, if you ask then I can give you details of the 2 aiims'S agent.

Consult to me your milia will be remove on you skin and refer to me in minor ot and i daily gone a morning time and wait till evening upto 6:00 pm but dr. Jitender not cure to my problem and says you again come tomorrow. And misbehaving to me and not caring to other patient. And all minor ot staff behavior is very rudely. And very careless. And looser. I hope you will take a action on that situation because it has not fair.

                      I visited first time as a cardio patient in aiims delhi. There was no management in opd even the hall area was full of crowded and patient were laying down on the floor and opd started from 11.30 am and i got the doctor consultation in the 9pm late night. Is is the good management. No one is caring who is going to die.
                      Please improve the opd management for your ref please find the video as an evidence.

                        2024? if the doctor is giving date of operation in 2024 then either you misunderstood him or he was certainly joking. I suggest you to speak to the doctor and reconfirm the date he suggests (written would be better so that there is no ambiguity) and then tweet the same message to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, that should help.

                          Visited this so called ‘best hospital’ on 27th june to get my mother’s treatment done in orthopaedic department. Got the appointment done almost 2 months in advance and called my parents from uttarakhand (Almost 400 km away from delhi). First security guard asked us to wait in the queue and said that somebody will come to collect the opd card. After waiting there for about 2.5 hours (Nobody came), and when i saw people just going inside to submit their cards, i again asked the security personnel if there is something to be done or i also can just go in. He again said the same thing to wait in the queue. I then after some time went to the doctor’s room (#06, as indicated in opd card), where they told me to go to another room (#12). I went to another room, with a huge crowd in front of this one as well, and staff in there finally took that opd card. (Digital india? What’s that - aiims). After few minutes, i called my mother thought that they may call us any time soon now. One of the staff announced my mother’s name, then spoke to some other staff and gave 2-3 opd cards to that gentleman. This gentleman asked me to follow him, and after walking a few steps, he told me to be in the queue again, now this was really irritating. He together with 3-4 other staff members were rude, showing no professionalism from nowhere, and also passed bad comments the time i was leaving that place. I had no other option after seeing such behaviour of the staff and pathetic management in the hospital but to leave the hospital immediately. This is literally not expected from an organisation like aiims, where you get the appointment done 3-4 months in advance and travel all the way from a complete different part of the country. I believe it is every common man’s story, until and unless you have got a really good source to get in there. Requesting the government / higher management to set some sops and train the hospital coordinators to show some etiquettes while talking to the patients in the premises.

                            I am very disappointed with the management/faculty of aiims. No use of taking online appointment when you have to wait for hours. Some doctors are very rude specially the interns. They don't have the time to listen to the patients problem. No importance of others time which being wasted because of them. Kindly look into the matter and try to provide the solution.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am a patient of gynecology department in aiims. I am writing this note to draw kind attention of management towards pathetic behavior of junior/residential doctor towards patient. The doctors treat patients in very bad way, always shouting or passing comments if any question is asked from them.
                              Many doctors in opd and in ivf lab do not even know how to operate ultrasound machines. If i am not wrong than only the complicated cases or the cases referred by other doctors (From different hospital team from all over india) are taken up by aiims gynecology doctors team. Than how can the management team hand over such complicated cases to such inexperienced doctor. Since most of the people are from lower income group are they treating as mere “bodies” on whom they can experiment and complete their research work.
                              My experience with aiims gynecology doctors team is worst. Doctors serving in aiims are selected in because of their higher percentage in academics. But they do not have any manners on how to behave or speak with patients. On humanity ground as well they are unable to understand that the person on which they are shouting or passing comments is already in pain mentally and physically. Doctor’s such behavior will only make things worse for them. This is really embarrassing that such doctors are back bone of the hospital with such a big name.
                              It’s a request to management team to give proper training to junior/residential doctor before handing over some one precious life in their inexperienced hand.

                                Sir i took follow up appointment for today 23 june 2018 eye opd room no 39 a, i went on time, i was there for hours, for few minutes i went for washroom that time my no. Came 11:15 dr gaurav (39a saturday/wed) made me absent. When i came then i waited for last then i talk to him he just denied to attend me and told come next time, he left room 11:35.
                                is that time for a dr to leave hospital? While everyone else was attending their patient upto 1pm.
                                is his personal life is more important than his profession?

                                  I have problem urine related i got treatment from 5 doctors at last i thought i should go to aiims they will suggest and solve my problem.
                                  I request for appointment on 20-06-18 and i get appointment after one day 22.06.18 and i went to counter and for get new card after 2 hours i get new card and i went to room no.1 floor-5 they refer me to urology dept. I went to prc counter i reached their at 10 am. And counter open at 1.30 pm i wait enough for meet to doctor but when i reached at counter and my turn comes they said me all slots are book now u cant get appointment today only 30 patients can meet doctor in a day i come back at office after waist my 8 hours.
                                  Can aiimms explain me is 30 numbers are sufficient for a according the population of delhi-ncr
                                  I m working in pvt. Sector if i have to meet doctor i have to reach 6 pm at aiims prc ward. How much time is patient can wait for treatment, he or she suffering from a illness and after that u wait 8 hours to meet doctor but ur hand is still empty and how much time a patient can go to aiims instead of office,
                                  He or she can do job ya go to aiims full day for treatment,

                                  Is this good for aiims, patient, government in today time u cant care o[censored]r patient then how is aiims working, its working for only vip where a middle class of poor family go for treatment.

                                  Is it fair only 30 patient in a day, i writing about only urology but it may be happen in other dept. If people need treatment from aiims he/she should be vip or job less free from office, family. Pls find attached file

                                    Hi,

                                    This is to bring you in notice that my wife anupama sharma had an operation yesterday and she is admitted in the hospital in gynae ab3 ward bed number 25 3rd floor emergency building aiims. During late night around 3am a staf nurse or a warden has badly shouted on my wife who is a patient and recently got conscious after operation. Because of that staff loudness and rude behaviour all other patients got disturbed and wokeup... I want to complaint against the unprofessional attitude of that staff who donot understands the delicacy of patients health and who abuses the patient by using a word "gawar"... This to request you that please take an immediate action against that staff or i wont take a discharge untill she says sorry to patients.. If its not possible then i am filing a case and getting the media soon to the hospital... Your little cooperation is need here because this could have been the reason for change in the health issues of patient...

                                      Many patients have been waiting for their surgery since two years. Still they haven't got final date of admission while they have been charged surgery amount which is varies from 50, 000 to 2, 50, 000 or more. Amount already paid by them 2 years before.
                                      Most of the patients and their family members are extremely fed up.
                                      Pls take action immediately

                                        Sir,
                                        Yesterday i have applied for non pg jrship form but couldn't get the application number.. Due to this i cnt upload my photo and signature and my form can be rejected because of this.
