We have made payment two time and amount is debited from my account. But the student dashboard is still showing payment incomplete so can not go for next step to complete the form.
Now i am trying to pay third time then portal alert message shows while payment "A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.
I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com'. and also call many times no this number "[protected]" always getting busy.
Please make a quick solution regarding the issue in my payment so that I can complete further steps.

    Sir,

    I am writing this email to raise a payment issue. I have paid my AIIMS MBBS registration fees of Rs.1500 using my SBI debit card on 23rd February 2019(06:26 pm ). But my payment is not yet received. The site still shows that payment is yet to be completed. So sir please look into this issue. I like to get the money refunded.

      I have completed successfully the basic registration & got the ruc also. My ruc is 8050414. On 24th feb, i have completed payment of fees for 1500/- through axis bank cc & i have got the confirmation massage from my bank also that the amount has been debited. But after making the payment, within a while the screen directed to the home page & i am not being able to choose the center or complete the further process to complete registration.
      I am also trying to call in the number provided in the aiims portal, but it;s not working. The mail id which has been provided in the portal is also non responsive. We can't understand where we shall move or what is the next process. Please help us to complete the registration to let our ward a chance to sit for the exam.

        Dear sir,
        While completing final step of my aiims registeration when i adopted payment through SBI credit card my payment was done from my side but it was showing that payment step is incomplete and also showing that " payment has already been initiated for the same reference number request cannot be processed " . and the amount was deducted from my account and afterwards when on cyber cafe i pay through net banking that step was completed but there was a total of 3000 rs. gone from my side i request you to refund amount of rs 1500 to my sbi credit card as soon as possible...             I have made the transaction of 1500 Rs as payment for AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam on 22nd February 2019 via SBI payment option through my canara bank debit card and it has been deducted from my account.But I am unable to access the 6th step and not able to complete my application.It shows an error saying “A payment has already been initiated from this reference number.Your request cannot be processed”. There is an option below saying "click here to abort the transaction" when i clicked its showing error 405.
            It is causing me great delay for the city selection and I am unable to select the city of choice as exam center.

            I tried the payment again through various gateways, internet banking, debit card but it is not working.

            AIIMS exam toll free number [protected] is always busy as well as email send on aiims.[protected]@gmail.com is unanswered.

            I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and initiate necessary action.

              I have made the payment of ₹1500 on 24/02/19 at 10:55 pm through sbi payment option via visa debit card and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment is due. When i am trying to make the payment again, a message is displayed as below:
              "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."

              I would humbly request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest so that i can complete my final registration. I am not able to move further into the next steps as the site is displaying that step 5 (Making of payment) is incomplete.

              I have also attached the screenshots of the deduction message from sbi bank account and also the message that is displayed on the screen regarding the payment error.

                Sir,
                I have applied for the aiims 2019 exam. I made the payment of rs.1500/- on 22 feb 2019 which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment is incomplete. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
                "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."
                It would be most kind of you to look into the matter urgently so that i can complete the application and get the centre of my choice.
                I cannot proceed until and unless the payment is accepted.
                I have tried helpline numbers that have been provided but number are always busy. I have even sent screenshots of successfull payment message and my registration id to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
                Kindly help me.

                  I payed my aiims registration fees of 1500 on 24/02/2019 on sbi page, it got debited but the login page is still showing it as your payment is initiated so i waited for one day but its still showing initiated so i paid it again on india govt. Portal through aiims it also got debited but none of them is successfull my delhi ncr seats are going to be comletely filled i am worried sick.
                  Please help me the payment option is still showing to fill but i have filled it not once but twice. I tried contacting your customer care but its showing busy please help me

                          Sir this is to inform you that i have registered my name for aiims exam 2019. My name is manvi malav and my registration number is u[protected] and my contact number is [protected]. I have a complaint regarding my payment of examination fees. I had to pay it twice because as soon as the 1st payment got over the site got crashed and i was made logged out from the site and when i logged in again i had to make the payment again and twice the money has been debited from my account and it's a humble request to you to refund my money which i had to pay twice.

                            Respected sir/ma'am

                            I am ben prince, id no:-u[protected]..

                            I was completing my final registration and proceeded to payment section.
                            I paid rs1500 with my axis bank debit card but on the next page it showed tht a technical error has occurred. But the amount is debited from my bank account but it does not show in my dashboard. It is again redirecting me to pay again.

                            Please let me know as soon as possible if the amount is paid to aiims or do i have to pay again.
                            If i have to pay again please let me know when will i be refunded.

                            I have mailed to the aiims email and have called in their number but no response is yet given;

                            Please help from this problem soon.

                              I had made payment for final registration on 23.02.2018. And amount (1500/-) also debited from my account. But it is returned to the dashboard and saying sorry for the inconvenience we are unable to process transaction. Try again later. Because of this my registration is pending. I noticed that many people were having this issue from previous year. I also emailed to them what happened at last year by taking their email address from complaint board. They said at last they paid again and got accepted. But money is not refunded till now. I don't except such an unfair issue from an reputed institute. Respond us as soon as possible registration number:u[protected]
