Sir i have made payment to aiims form fillup which it requires 1500 for the form fillup comlication i mad payment to aiims account but my payment is showing incomplete in the form but my money from my debit card has been deducted from my account and it is not refunded yet approx 4000 has been deducted frim my account on 8/02/2018 and the amount has been deducted from 2 bedit card approx 600 has been deducted from both the 2 debit card i will be very thank full to u sir plz help me to refund my money back sir plz

My prblm is not solved till now
Sir, I made a payment regarding filling apllication for aiims ug.I have completed the first step when I completed the second step the payment has been deducted but it does not show any confirmation and asked me to get redirected to online sbi portal.My candidate id is [protected]
I have done the payment and amount ₹1500 has been debited from the account but it is still showing incomplete payment and again asking to do the payment.Due to this i m unable to proceed in filling the aiims application form.
I have made the payment two times, still i am unable to fill the form. I have received message from the bank of both the transactions, but the site says that payment isn't done. Please help me! 😭😭

    I have made a payment of rs.1500 from my icici bank on 05.02.2018 towards fee of examination for mbbs. My a/c debited by rd.1511.80 vide transaction no. Bil*[protected]*aimsfee*xn but error occured and i have to pay fee again on 06.02.2018. Still i have not rec'd back refund of fee. On contacting bank official they informed to get confirmation from aims that they have not rec'd. Payment. Kindly refund fee taken twice.

      On 16 feb i done the payment by sbi debit card but it was showing step 2 incomplete, so i done the payment by axis card and the payment was done but at the same time, the first payment also was done so the payment was done twice i. E 1500 + 1500 so kindly refund my one payment as soon as possible.

        I have filled my AIIMS examination form on 5th Feb, 2018 . I have completed all the 6 step which were mention on the AIIMS website . But On 9th Feb, 2018 I received a message through SMS that the images upload my me were not as per instructions and had to re-upload the images as per instructions at the earliest . Than For the purpose of re-uploading my images I login to my candidate dashboard and proceed to step 5 i.e, ( image uploading step), but couldn't upload my images because my previous images were still locked and there is no option available for re-uploading images, because of which I'm not able to upload my images again as per instructions.
        So Sir/Madam, kindly please unlocked my images so that I can re-upload my images as per instructions without any further delay. And completed my aiims examination form as per guidelines/instructions mention at AIIMS website . Please. 🙏🙏🙏

          Respected sir, i was filling aiims application form on 15th feb 2018. At step 2 i made the payment of ₹ 1500 and got message from bank that transaction was successful, but the site was showing some technical error.. Upon logging in again, the dashboard was showing payment incomplete. Sir kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because i'm held back because of this, and please do refund my money if there is a necessity of paying the fee again least i'll have ₹1500 loss. Seats from my city are filling up very quickly...

              Thank you, for forwarding my complaint to aiims. My application form got submitted. But i have paid thrice the amount that is two times more. They said that once my form gets submitted they would refund the extra fees they took but they didn't. I tried their every no. Provided but they all were switched off.                 Due to server technical error i paid application fees twice please refund my extra fees of rupees 1500... For first time deduction i not received message from bank and then suddenly i received a message that a rupees 3000 has been deducted from my account plz help me to refund my fees..                   My exam fees.. Are deducted twice.
                  During my first payment it showed error due to technical inconvenience the transaction is not possible, but the money is deducted. As i cant proceed to the further step
                  I tried second time but transaction was successful and extra 1500 fees are deducted.. Please help me. I have reference number and everything.

                      My name is alan s varkey i have made three payment against the single registration of aiims mbbs 2018 registration. First two payments are failed to complete the transaction and my bank account shows that rs 1500/- debited in each time. Finally third attempt succeesfull and completed thetransaction. These transaction made on 6.2.2018 and my reg id is [protected].
                      So i humbly reuest to you pls refunded the two false payment amount of rs 3000/- as early as possible

                          I had completed step 1 and made payment, and my money deducted but i didn't receive any conformation message from aiims. When i go back to candidate login page for further steps it shows me to complete step 2, (Which i had already completed) and when i try to pay again it says "a payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.". I got stuck here and not able to complete further steps.
                          Please refund my money.

                              I wish to complain about a failed transaction of 1500 from my account in completing a medical mbbs form on 7th february 2018.
                              I am complaining because it's been 5 days since the transaction and i haven't gotten my refund back.
                              To resolve this problem i would like my refund on my account
                              When i first learned about this problem i contacted aiims costumer care number ([protected]) but no one ever picked up the phone. It's always busy.
                              I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

                              Will I able to get my money and what i what to do to get my money back.

                                On 1st payment it showed incomplete payment but money was deducted from my bank account. So I paid again and payment was successful.My money has been deducted twice.
                                Pls look into the matter.

                                  I, nitin bhatt applied for aiims 2018 registration. On payment from sbi site, it showed payment completed and money was deducted from my bank account but, it still shows no payment done in aiims application form. I can't either pay it again as it says "a payment has been initiated with this reference number". There are limited number of seats available in my area of choice. And i can't fill the form further without transaction being completed. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                                  Hi Dolly,
                                  You should try to pay the fee using other gateways as AIIMS customer care service is very slow to respond. I also paid it using NSDL gateway (second option other than SBI gateway) and was successful to fill out the form completely. They might give us a refund for the failed payment later.

                                  Nope. I have not received any refund. They have not even replied to my mail. Looks like we might have to take it after getting admission there :P

                                      Recently my father was admitted in cardio thoracic ward and since past two days i'm facing alot of trouble while staying with the patient as an attendant due to high number of bed bugs present. Everyday when i wake up i found a new rash happened somewhere or the other on my body and not only me many others are facing the same issue. This is the one of the best hospital in our country and this is not expected. Please look into the matter and perform a clean schedule in order to get rid of the bed bugs and to ensure that patients can have a good and healthy stay while they're recovering.

                                        While applying for aiims (Ug), i came across a problem regarding fee payment. I had done transaction through master card, it was showing "your transaction is being initiated" but my dashboard showed that fees was unpaid but i recieed a message from the bank that payment was done. Finally i paid fees by some other means. But now the amount deducted through master card is not refunded. Kindly look into this matter
