Dear sir,
It is to bring to your kind notice that we being the north eastern and the citizen of india are being harressed by the secourity guard here at aiims ortho ab 1. We are not allowed to bring visitors and visitors are not allowed to stay for a moment but where as the next patients are having five to six visitors who are sitting on the bed shouting eating and disturbing the others and not being noticed for what they do.
I would be very grateful if you kindly take some action as soon as possible for which i would ever remain fearful.

    Can you please let me know the status of the complaint lodged on 14 december 2017.

    Below is the receipt and twitted by me for punishment to the respective people in not making such mistakes in india's best hospital.

      Visited aiims on[protected] with patient mrs. Ishrat jahan.
      Heart patient advised bypass and valve replacement by fortis escorts in okhla. Met cardiologists and surgeons, mostly refusing the case because of financial constraints of the family. Packages ranging from 6 lacs - 8 lacs are being given for the treatment with no upper limit.
      Advised to take her to aiims as family cant bear such expense and there is no insurance.
      Met cardiologist dr. V k bahl. (Hod) aiims, new delhi.
      He saw the file and reffered the case to ctvs. He agrees the surgery is very risky and surgoeon will refuse.
      Met ctvs. Dr. A k bisoi same day.
      Arteries 100% blocked with ef-20%.
      Surgeon refused to see the patient, talked very rudely and asked to take her to private hospital fortis saying there are 1000 patients outside waiting for the surgery. There is too much risk involved in the case also. Requested to give time when the surgery can be performed, rudely refused.
      Want to ask the government that in such a prestigious institute like aiims,
      Should the patient be refused and left to die at home in such severe heart condition? Thousand are waiting outside in opds everyday waiting for their turn to see the doctors eventually getting such responses from the so called best doctors in the country?
      The same patient when approached the doctor at apollo through general category and paid rs.2000 for consultation, is treated by the surgeon politely and given a package of 6.5 lacs +. The same patient after 15 days when approaches the same doctor through free opd after getting the letter from the ministry because of financial issues, the surgeon is the rudest way possible refuse to take the case through free opd stating he cant waste a day on her for free.

      Is there any place for the citizen of india having financial problems in any private hospital or institute like aiims. Or he/she should be left with general physicians to die at home.
      Can we expect any change or action from the government towards the medical emergencies people of india are going through?

      Can anything be done for the case?

        I was travelling in an auto rickshaw yesterday from "sarojini nagar" to "aims metro station" in delhi.
        I lost my purple color handbag in that auto. My handbag has all my bank documents and especially some very important papers related to my education. It has my address proof and contact details written all over it.
        I personally went there and inquired all the auto stands around that area, to find that particular auto. But hard luck.
        Can anyone suggest me some good way to trace it back?? If anyone found it, please return it. My name is sangita rana. Please please that is very important for me.

          Yesterday my patient mrs indu bala is in coma condition and when they reached at aiims emergency they clearly denied to admit. As per staff available they don't have bed.. And they don't know that how to talk with attendants...
          These are my questions. If such a big hospital don't have beds for such critical patients then how we will improve our systems...
          If bed not available then how the patients are being treat in that time coming.
          No controls, no records, i don't think so that they will admit even one patient in night, even they are not ready to give in writing..
          Even after that they came back to home b coz this system is available in rest govt big hospitals...
          So how the poor people will be treated in critical conditions..

            Recently, hospital taken a decision to park vehicle outside gate, and enter by walk only, it is greate difficulty arises for patient and relatives. On entry gate, guard stopped vehicle and at the same time parking contractor guide to park vehicles. See at the time of entry, we have no option to park vehicles at their terms and condition otherwise they will puncture tyre as threatening even by guard. The terms of parking, i am enclosing receipt of parking.

            Now, i submit that the government one side free facility provides and on other hand heavy charges on hard condition, the hospital has sufficient space inside the hospital then why this has started, it may be to help contractor for collecting huge amount in the shape of parking, at difficult time of patient or its relatives have to busy in parking and entered on foot and cover long distance, which is miserable condition, if parking collection goes to hospital fund then ok but it goes to third party whose behaviour at difficult situation is not proper.

            I request to see it and solve best way. Parking charges should immediate reconsider and stop it.

              My patient have a - blood group. He requirment 6 unit blood for kindey transplant operation. Blood bank took our blood of various group for provinding the a - negative for operation. After getting the blood, your hospital deny that hospital is not having a - blood group and cancel the opration. His treatment is ruuning above 1 year. He is already frastrate with hospital managment. Aimms is india no 1 hospital and they are unable to provide blood.

                मैं aiims हॉस्पिटल के चश्मा विभाग के स्टाफ की दिनांक 21.10.2017 को श्रीमती सावित्री यादव जिनका टोकन नंबर 7 था, aiims हॉस्पिटल के चश्मा विभाग के आन डयूटी स्टाफ द्वारा शिकायतकर्ता को नही देखते हुए अपने दोस्तों, परिचितों एवं स्टॉफ के द्वारा लाये गए मरीजो की आंखों की जांच की गई। ये पहला मौक़ा नही है कि शिकायतकर्ता को चश्मा विभाग के स्टाफ़ की लापरवाहीपूर्ण कार्य को बर्दास्त करते हुए बिना आंखे चेक कराये वापस लौटना पड़ा। आपसे निवेदन है कि आप स्टाफ़ के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए मुझे आवगत कराये तभी मुझे ये भरोसा होगा की ये फोरम सिर्फ औपचारिकता हेतु नही है

                  I am drpayal. I filled up the aiims mds form for january 2018 session on 13th september 2017. During payment first two time amount of rs1000.5 was deducted thats total 2005rs from my bank account.
                  I have confirmed it from the respective bank that the transaction was successful and aiims has to refund it.
                  I have mailed and called the helpline numbers [protected], [protected] unpeempth time but no luck. The following reply i get everytime i mail which is of no use.

                  Dear candidate
                  As per payment procedure, aiims cannot receive more than single payment against each registration. It is unlikely that the payment will be credited to the aiims account more than once for every registration.in the event of multiple payments debited from your account it is likely that the payment would not be credited to the aiims account & will be returned by the bank to you from where your payment is made. Therefore, you will have to check with your bank regarding the status of payment deducted in excess. However, due to any reason, if any excess payment is credited to aiims account, this will be verified and refunded in most cases within a week. If a complaint is received regarding refunds of payment received in excess in aiims account, aiims shall take up all such cases with the bank and refunds will be made within 15 days from the last date of registration.

                  According to the above reply from aiims the money should be refunded within 18th of october 2017 as 3rd october was the last date of form fill up but no refund has been initiated. And the helpline numbers give a busy tone and when it rings no one picks up the call.
                  This type of negligience is not expected from such a reputed institution.
                  Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                    I had an appointment with dr. Manjari tripathi regarding epilepsy. Heard of her but never thought it would be a disaster to meet her. This doctor doesn't even know how to talk to a patient and her parents. She was unnecessarily shouting at us without even listening the facts.
                    I read about her a lot, but it seems all fake now. She needs to learn to talk to her patient. I need an apology from this doctor for her behavior.

                      Dear sir/madam i am mohit kumar teotia my sister is under treatment here from last 3 month and facing lot of problems which can be improve easily if hospital wish to improve these facility /requirements for patient benefit some of these are appended below.
                      1. There should be a digital led call system for patients so that they can easily see his/her turn.
                      2. Very suffocation in the area of where endoscopy done out side near door not sufficient area to sit. Very crowded area.
                      3. All people standing in row for his/her turn they standing a long hours like 6- 8 hours for his turn so there should be provision to sit the patient. There are chairs but not sufficient space.
                      4. No numbering system alloted to patients for their appointment just they deposit the patient card and also don't know when patient turn will come. So system should improve by digital led installment so that every patient can se his alloted number when his turn come.
                      5. There should be door bell system for calling the patient with his alloted number for that operation or appoint.

                      This is my humble suggestion sir today i came with my sister and see a long row in front of the door where endoscopy done there are very suffocating situation when i stay there. I feel very uncomfortable very difficult to take breath. We deposit our appointment card where doctor write endoscopy date 12 oct 2017 but there is no serial no and i don't know when our turn will come. So it is very difficult to know that when my turn come. But if management install led display then patient feel that my turn will come to know. Pm modi sir dream for digital india but here patients are very difficult to survive by standing in a row for 6-7 hours even more for his turn or appointment. How is this service for a patient. He is ill and standing in a row for 6-7 hours continuously. This is a harassment /punishment for a patient.

                          I am Dr. Suganya. I have registered aiims pg Jan 2018 registration on September 14. First from axis bank account money was deducted towards registration but still shows payment pending. So I used my Indian bank for payment still same problem occurs in second time also. So I am not able to complete registration due to insufficient balance in both accounts. I am trying to conduct the helpline from last 3 days. And also send email regarding this.                             Hello aiims,

                            Recently i have regsitered for aiims exam where the dob was worngly captured. I have found the mistake after resgistering the exam and made the payment.

                            I cannot edit the dob, and i paid rs 1000. So, please reconsider editing the dob as it is really tough for us paying 1000 rs again to register it from another account.

                            This will be really helpful for all rural students who made this kind of mistakes. Thank you!

But my candidate page shows payment failure. I have done payment two times and lost rs 2000 from my account. The helpline number provided in website is also not reachable.                                     While im applying for my pg application i paid the exam fees four times, money was taken from my accounts but i can't able to proceed further to fill my application since its showing transaction failed and now because of tis delay i won't be able to get centre i prefer...                                       The worst experience while registering for aiimspg entrance examination with

                                      Date of birth entered 11/04/1991 has been wrongly saved as 04/11/1991 by the system and i cannot change the dob. And the payment was also made. So i had to re register from a different account so that i can attend the eaxm. Now i have payed twice because of the software problem.

                                        I have an appointment dated 09/09/2017 appointment uhid [protected].
                                        I fix my online appoint when i am depositing fees at window row no 9 at rp eye center, on that window who staff was siting taking card for appointment of aiims staff who are coming whiteout any queue.

                                        When we apposed to him he says i can't deny to staff i[censored] have problem u may deny.

                                        Which is not acceptable at all. Staff was doing unfair practice regularly, if staff need priority it should be a seprate counter for staff.

                                        General public should not be bother who are coming from outstation.

                                        Due to this i can't attend the doctor due to appointment fix on time.

                                        Request you please do necessary action regarding the same, otherwise i have to go to higher management.
