Allahabad Bank — amazon refund not appeared in my account

I returened my book problem and solution in mathematical statistics cost rs 450. On date on 8dec 2019 and i returned it on 19 dec 2019, and amazon has refund the money but its not appearing on my account so they given me the refund reference number[protected]. I have transferred rs.10, 000 thorough phone pe but amount was not transfer to my customer because of bank technical network issue but the amount of rupees 10, 000 was debite from my bank account please refund it soon as possible because it's a urgent requirement medical emergency 🙏
