Dear sir,
I am a subscriber of Allahabad bank at kalyani branch. This account holder name was Mr.Biswajit Roy and his account no is [protected].
Yesterday I and my brother went to the Allahabad Bank in Kalyani branch for hand over the branch from kalyani to halisahar branch. When I will go to submit an the application letter with the attach of Aaadhaar card and PAN card xerox to the Assistant Manager then the assistant manager told me that I will not be able to submit your application. but why sir? He replied me that where is the original Bank passbook and original Cheque book? and This is the most important. I told him that I did not bring any check book of Allahabad bank but I bring my Bank passbook of Allahabad bank.Will not be sir? He said that I can't do this..I said to the branch manager for this topic.He said the same clue.I was forced to leave the bank.
I wanted to know that after some time I and my brother went to the Bank of India in Kalyani branch for hand over the branch from kalyani to kanchrapara branch.They did not want original Bank passbook and original Cheque book.
After some time I am calling chief manager (Mr.K.V.N.MURTY) and his phone no is[protected]. but After listening to all the things, He told me to see. He could not do anything else.
Also I wanted to know that Whether to submit a bank passbook for hand over the branch? is it mandatary? Then why the two bank rules differently? and Why is the bank harassing customers?
If you think that I am lying Then you can check video footage.
I complaint against the branch manager .If you do not solve till now today then I will close my bank account and I will satisfy that Allahabad bank is a fraud bank.

Sir amazon refunded my amount of a order on 15th December 2017. And still it does not reflect in my account. The amazon refund receipt is attached with it. I payer through my debit card on 14th December.

Dear sir I have an education loan in allahabad bank and I am belong to a farmer family and my father's income is less then 50000 per annum so I am unable to pay the interst of bank I insure to pay the bank credit amount but I unbleto pay the interst of the bank the intest of the loan amount is vary highly increase so please sir help me
