I have enrolled my son into Allen's online tuition for Class 8 for ICSE + Olympiad program. He has been added to an online virtual class as per my purchase. However, he is having following issues that is not working as per the purchase I have made
1. My son is unable to make use of 'Chat' option in the class through which interaction with the teacher happens - thus, curtailing his doubts to himself - Value undelivered
2. My son is unable to make use of 'Doubts' option in the class and thus is unable to raise any doubts with the teacher which he is entitled to by virtue of the purchase made i. e., online purchase of Tution for ICSE and Olympiad
3. My son is unable to use 'Raise hand' option which is used to draw teacher's attention for raising doubt which is entitled to by virtue of the enrollment
4. He is simply put into a class in which he has to only listen. Additionally, his dashboard on the Allen account shows wrong reference books - NCERT in place of ICSE - thus, my son is unable to make use of any content.
5. there is an minor test coming up this weekend (22nd June 2025) and he has no books to prepare.
This is so unfortunate that almost 2 weeks since I enrolled my son paying a full fee of 44000 INR, he is still facing these kind of technical issue and thereby not getting any value from the course for which he is enrolled. Was this information helpful? |
