I am writing to express my concern regarding the continued lack of clarity and support in resolving the issue related to my incomplete book shipment.
Despite several follow-ups — and repeated clarification from my side — I am still receiving the same generic response: "You have received all available books. Any remaining books will be dispatched later."
This response is both vague and unhelpful. I have clearly highlighted multiple times that the shipment I received is incomplete. The attached screenshot further outlines the missing titles that are yet to be delivered. I would like to know:
When exactly will the remaining books be dispatched?
Why is there no transparent tracking or timeline shared for the pending items?
Please understand that I am expecting a prompt resolution. If this issue continues to be ignored or mishandled, I may be left with no option but to escalate the matter formally.
Kindly treat this with urgency and ensure the missing books are dispatched immediately. I look forward to your confirmation and action.
