Alliance Builders, Chennai — Prolonging on amount refund | |||
I am Naveen Kumar booked flat in Alliance Pallavaram, new project. Initial Payment of 2L done on 12th May '15 for new flat going to start near pallavarm. Payment Refund requested on the month of 8th Aug '15. As per commitment made between the Alliance and me in 120 days amount will be refunded back. Till now there is no response from those people, sending mail on mail, In peer discussion on chennai office with those people they said "we will return back the money within one month because request is in under progress". Very poor customer service, don't rely on those people. Same alliance people got the payment from me in 1 day when i informed and collected the amount from my home, now can't able to give a single reply among 25 mails sent across. Atrocious activity, no communication, this gives clear definition of their support in future after buying the flat. My drop request now crossed more than 150 days. Was this information helpful? | |||

Was very upset with the developer for delay in handing over, but now happy that though delayed, the project has comeout very nice & amenites are Gr8. Lake is also looking super cool. Hi all,

.now they said according to their clause they will take 15% as cancelation and refuse to refund my money. Fraud guys, no response to my mails and refuse to give me an appointment to talk MD. I don't know wat to do to get my money.pls help me.

File a legal case against them. You can do the easily by visiting chennai police commissioner office.

I came to this contruction in 2014 and was told by the sales person Alliance Builders that the delivery will happen in Dec 2014 . But till date the construction is going on. And the construction quality is also below par.
Fake promises, now with RERA and the Aug 2021 completion date that is 7 years more than the original promised date. Please go visit and decide. But my suggestion to all is better not to waste your time and hard earned money on this Alliance Galleria project.

Worst ever customer support I have ever seen in my life. To get the refund of the money people treat you like dogs. If you guys wanted to become a reputed builder better handle Customers properly.I sent a cancellation email two months ago and still I had to beg with these people to Get back the money .CRM poorani will never respond to the calls will never answer your emails. Beware of jasmine springs project they only milk you with words until you book.
