Dear alliance, I am rimi boro one of your service user from jalpaiguri, west bengal. Today i want to raise a complain about your service in jalpaiguri. Your service provider jalpaiguri, west bengal is really so disgusting n bloody stupid service provider. They are too much pathetic to give service. 3rd tym i raised my complain about them but this time it's too disgusting. Since 3days i continuously called them about my connection problem but they didn't give any response to solve it. Just rcv cl n say k will sent someone at ur home to check ur connection. But till 3rd day no one will come. I never ever seen such a stupid service u give all ur customers. All office staffs are so irresponsible n careless. I will disconnect my internet connection from ur alliance. I[censored] were unable to resolve customers prblms thn why i use ur service. Especially jalpaiguri alliance is one of the worst. I just want resolve my problem by tomorrow any how. Do at your end what ever to ur jalpaiguri distributors for solving my problems. I want quick, better service not such a stupid service. I[censored] were unable to do then i will take my action against ur service. I pay for my service not take ur service freely. You give order n give some kind of lesson to ur bloody jalpaiguri distributors how to deal with customers n how to give service. Otherwise i want my money back i[censored] were not give any resolution. I hope u all will take my complain as a important one. Otherwise i will take it at my end. It has been three days since the connection is closed. Several calls made to alliance customers service. They provided docket # 33550 and assured this will be resolved soon. Still no connection.
I want to ask they provider what kind of service they are providing?
