Alliance — internet service | |||
Hello, i am prithul saha, an alliance broadband user for quite a long time. I came to kolkata on 17th october and recharged my alliance account. The internet was still not working. I lodged a complaint with docket no. 13558. The internet is still not working. I have called repeatedly and the helpdesk told me the issue has been raised with the local operator skylark. The first time given to me was 18th october 10 am, then they kept on postponing with the excuse to give them more time. It has been 3 days since then and the issue is still not resolved. I want a full refund of my recharge as i dont need the internet anymore. I hope they do it, else i can move to the court for irresponsible service. Was this information helpful? | |||
