[Resolved] Alliance — new connection is not given | |
Hi I am from bangalore and have taken new connection online by paying 500rs. First one person called n askd all details and askd to pay 500 by sending i'd proofs. I paid. Another girl called n askd details again n i gave. Another person called n askd details again. He askd to send id proofs again. He said he will come on 6th eveng. When i called him said he will come next day morning ie 7th before 9am. Today 7th, i called at 8.30 am he said on the way and will reach in 30 min. I called at 9.15 he said 2 min. From 9.30 he didn't attend calls. By 9.50 i messaged him and he replied as i am in meeting. Will come evening. I replied to cancel the connection but no reply from him. I called first person to cancel n he said he will rectify. Now he is also not attending the calls. I can't understand how irresponsible they are. How can i get back my installation charges?
