Alliance — Refund not received. | |
I live in tavarekare, bengaluru. I requested for an airtel broadband connection on 19th of september. An airtel representative arrived at my place and collected the activation fee within 2 hours of making the request. However, i received a message from airtel the next day stating that due to feasibility constraints, they will not be able to provide me a connection and tha a refund will be initiated soon. It's been a week and i still haven't received my refund. The airtel customer support executive hung up on me and refuses to answer my calls. Please help me out here.
