Am krishna shaw using ur alliance broadband service from 2015,... Through gopal naskar cabel operator baguiati, we are dealing with him a great hassel... We cant complain him in any issue related to connection, or disturbance related to net... What disgusting attitude he has towards his costumers seriously... Talking to him is its self is a insult to us.. Before we used to recharge our net every month but bcoz of bad behavior from 2017 we are recharging after every 2 mths... Just to keep the net connection ongoing and also to avoid him as well we decided not to rechrge every month... But his behavior iz just the same still date... Despite of complaining against him in alliance boardband via helpline number provided by them they didnt bothered to take any action against him ever... How can they give him license to such person who doesnt know how to speak to a consumer despite of prompt payment we have to take his insulted words... How can a operator loose his temper just on hearing a simple normal reasonable complain of a consumer i seriously cnt understand this... M sure you will lose consumer due to him, he is ruining ur companies name by his bad behavior... Am waiting for ur action now... Am not gonna take any more # for this man anymore am sorry..
