Alliance — wrong package recharge done online | |||
Hi team, The last payment made through online for customer id [protected] with package 354 rs which selects automatically. After that we have come to know the customer id is not active for a broadband connection. Now the question is when a customer is not active how a recharge is accepting for that customer.
