I placed an order with this site on 10-May-2013.
The order no. is 1005956.
They were to ship the order within 15 days.
They seldom take calls.
After the time line is over, they started to make new excuses daily.
I requested to refund my amount.
Initially they told to wait two days more.
After it was over, they told refund will be made through eVoucher.
I denied and insisted on direct refund into my bank account.
Rahul Singh, from [protected], told they will arrange for the same within three days.
The third day falls today on 01-June-2013.
I am waiting for what happens next.

Can anyone help me how to take legal action against this FRAUDULENT service provider.

e-comm site allschoolstuff.com is neither shipping my ordered product nor cancelling it. I am waiting for the ordered item to be shipped for last 25 days. Requested the allschoolstuff.com on phone and email but all in vain.

Kindly take action so that e-comm site allschoolstuff.com doesn’t fool people in future.

They have not shipped the order even after more than one month from order date. They give a standard reply that it will be dispatched within a week.

If they are not able to clear previous order back log, why are they offering discounts for new orders on their site? First ship previous orders.

order no.855760 , is still not delivers by Allschoolstuff.com since last 50 days. Upon every followup, false assurance of delivering the product was made. Everytime, I was harrassed by this company by making me wait for the order delivery.

Now, after 50 days of waiting, they are informing of cancelling the order and refunding in form of e-voucher which I have to again use in teir site only and again get stuck in this trap of waiting for order and following up with the,.

Please save me and all other customers like me who are being harrassed by Allschoolstuff.com by holding our money illegally for more that than 10 days and for all the mental tortures we have gone through in dealing with them.

It is also fake that they company head Mr Manoj Chandra exists as 'n' number of escalations done to him are never answered and the company is being run by group of few youngsters who have a big scheme to scam e-customers. They even have a Facebook page which is full of complaints and when they see a genuine customer demanding explaination, they either delet post or dont bother to respond.

My order number on www.allschoolstuff.com is 749470. The ordered date is 31-Jan-2013. They mentioned that ‘free home delivery on orders above rs.750’. Even though my order value is rs.1905, the put the shipping charges of rs.100. Same day I sent the mail and asked about the clarification on this. I got the reply on 2nd Feb that they charged one of the item of that order ‘Cosco Zoomer Roller Skates, ( 23004 )’. Same day I replied and asked the clarification and attached the screen shot also. I have not got any reply from them till now. Even I sent the remainder mails on 9th Feb, 23rd Feb. I asked them to cancel that order on 24th if the shipping charge is applicable. They sent the product on 9th March even though I asked them to cancel. As per the http://www.allschoolstuff.com/pages/cancellation/pgid-54529.aspx - “Orders cancelled before the shipping is made are eligible for 100% acceptance policy”. Again I sent the mail to customer.[protected]@allschoolstuff.com on 18th March and 10th April regarding this. I have not any reply till now. I am seeing very bad customer service.

And the same order one more item is “Cosco Protective kit Roller Skates, ( 23006 )”. I had received this product on 24th Feb. I sent the mail on same day to customer.[protected]@allschoolstuff.com and asked them to exchange or refund the money for this product since the product is defect. I have not got any reply till now. I also sent remainder mail on 18th March and 10th April.

I had plced order with AllSchoolStuff.com on 4-Dec-12 (Order No: 58###) with almost 7 items placed for order. After a month I receive the delivery for my order & when I open it I found only 5 items in the box, 2 items was missing in the delivery (Delivered box was fully packed so nothing no way of missing items during delivery transition). I called customer care & they generated request: 127### but nothing to track this request & even customer care is not responding on this request.
WORST website AllSchoolStuff.com Don’t order anything from it.

Hi ,
I have made a blunder to shop with all school stuff.com.
People I must say please don’t make he mistake after waiting for 25 days with false assurances that will be delivered. I now contacted the CEO who says if sure worried abt the money we are happy to refund. He has instructed his team to refund he money if the customer insists.
Damn this iitian. Who does not have commitment to his customers. After waiting for 25 days he is asking me if I want to refund.
I wonder who is funding this iitian. Who doesnot have basic sense of business.
When one don’t have stock you dont take orders. I[censored] can’t fulfill existing orders u don’t commit to new customers. They are cheating the public with lucrative offers just to swindle money from the funding investors. Beware investors.

I have found some discrepancy in my Order No: 443### of AllSchoolStuff web site.
In this order, i have ordered 2 Quantities/sets of “Staedtler Triplus Roller Pen [Dry Safe Ink] in 10 Colors, 403SB10P [100##############]“.
But i have received only 2 Pen [instead of 20 pen] from you/all school stuff.

I had ordered some products on this site on 31st of Jan 2013. Product was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but it has not been delivered as of now. Despite of multiple follow up nothing has really happened. I already have paid for the product but they are not delivering it.

I had received partial order from online site allschoolstuff.com

I received partial shipment on Jan 23 and even after frequent reminders through email, neither refund is being processed nor remaining items are shipped.
also my other order no. 750260 has not been shipped. they promise to ship within 15 days, but it has been over a month the items are not shipped.

They are not answering our call nor replying on email.

Full payment has been done for both the orders.

A fake site, promising goods at low rates, accumulating money and not delivering orders to the customers,what can you expect, now they are not even replying to calls needless to say no email replies on customer care. Orders are accumulating and there is little initiative on the part of site to deliver as the site seems to in a Rafuchakar mood after the loot.
Don’t buy from this site as they forget to deliver your goods after getting their money. I ordered on 30Dec.2012 and since I have got only one call on next day only to confirm the order. Nothing after that. Even they are not responding to my emails . Order status always shows “Ready for Shipping”!!!!!! Only God knows when it gets shipped or delivered.

i am yet to receive the product. when ever i open the website and check in myaccounts section it is showing as ready for shipping. i am trying to reach the customer support numbers given by them for the last 5 days, but there is no response from them, as no one is picking up the calls. i have also tried mailing them over their email id, but still there is no response from them, i think this website is cheating people just taking online orders and not delivering he products,

So I planned to contact customer care via email and phone but I recieved no response. I have paid Rs. 75 for the product. So I request for refund of money from allschoolstuff.com. Please help me.

I ordered two jigsaw puzzle on allschoolstuff.com on 8 Jan 2013 and payment of Rs. 84.99 also paid for the same online. The order number was 680352. When i am checking the status of my order in their website it showing "Ready for shipping" since the first day and till todate. i already send queries regarding this order. But the company is not even replaying. expecting some favorable action from your side to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
