I ordered a CHOTA BHEM School Bag wide # 535162 Dated 15-Nov-2012.
Upon receiving the bag on 25th Nov 2012 I felt it was too small to fit for my kid.
Immediately i informed them and asked for reverse pickup as it was of no use to me.
Twice i received call confirming regarding reverse pick up but till date there is no reverse pick up from there side.
Since that day i have emailed them quite regularly but no action has been taken by there side.

Allschoolstuff.com has taken money from me and not delivered goods for over 2 months now.
Initially after many complaints, they delivered some good after a month saying that they do not have some of the items. Now again they have not delivered the remainder. They do not answer the many emails sent to the them at ; and to ;, their phone numbers do not work. One Manoj had interacted when I threatened consumer court action in December, after which they sent some items. Now again no one responds. One mail from them attached -

My Order No. 646210 Dt,27-12-12

From that date i am trying to contact the customer care regarding the order but no body is lifting the given phone numbers even i had mailed 2-3 times but not received any responce from them.

Pls dont shop with this site.

They are fooling people because if the dont have time to pich the phones they cant give service to us.

and till date i have not received my product.

Now i realized the worst site i had choosen

I placed an order on the 25-nov-2012 09:21:09 pm, having order no. 557628 with the following items:
20 X classmate longbook , unruled, pgs 172, 272 X 167 MM
2 X fevicol clear & non - staining all purpose adhesive (all fix), 20 ML
1 X fevicol white glue - glue pen ( 25 gm)
1 X deli mesh pen stand (size - 90*h100mm)
1 X solo laptop/LCD screen cleaner (fabric)
2 X camlin cover it correction pen
2 X imperial golden brown laminated paper roll, size - 8 X 37.5 cms
3 X camlin hipar 0.5 MM fine hb pencil leads extra long - set of 15 leads

now after around 10 days of the order, I received some of the items.
20 units of classmate longbook unruled and fevicol fix-it are still pending, and it's around a month now that I have placed the order.

Despite several mails and calls, I have not got a clear answer as to when the pending items in my order would be delivered to me!!

I want either my money back or items delivered to me.

I ordered on 11th Dec 2012. My order# 601172. As they didn't even ship the order until 19th, asked the reason (customer care) why was it in "Ready for shipping" status and not shipped. They answered as, one of the book which I ordered was out of stock. So, I asked customer care to cancel my order as they didnt ship and by the time from 21st Dec I wont be available to receive the order. Dropped mail couple of times, but still there is no response. Could you please cancel may order and refund back money on my card itself?

I ordered two items at allschoolstuff.com on 1st oct 2012... 1. stephen joseph umbrella and 2. Winnie the Pooh lunchbox, and paid through netbanking. It was delivered to me on 12th oct2012, but to my horror, the package was totally crushed. I sent a complaint to allschoolstuff.com on 12th oct itself alongwith picture of the broken item. On 13th oct i recieved their reply, stating that they would arrange for a redispatch of the item concerned. But since then there has been no communication from their side, nor have they sent me the item. i have been sending them regular reminders.... i feel totally cheated and advice all to stay away from shopping at this site.

This is Ritu Jain, I ordered on www.allschoolstuff.com. Our family has three account with their company. and right now four orders are pending / partial shipment has done from their team. After partial shipment they are not sending the left products.

I have been following up with them for a long time and now i need your help for the same. They are not replying now on mails and phone they have put on busy mode... Request you to pls help me to get my product delivered.

After several mail with snap send to replace my order no 322462. the Solo Expansion Cases item received in lock broken condition to customer care ,amazing after three weeks over they are sitting mum with out solution asked for COE mail ID to escalate this issue no answer from customer care horrible ,my advice don”t place order in this site because the discount amount your applying you will get only scrap item that it’s granted , no proper feedback ,useless worthless site without proper consumer protection ,ask them either to replace the item are reverse back my amount

Allschoolstuff offers some very lucrative discounts to tempt people to buy from their site. Also Cash-On-Delivery charges were kept as very high and sometimes these offers are designed in such a way that buyer have to pay in cash to avail the offer.

Everything goes smoothly till here. Wide range of options are shown on website. But once you made the purchases, your agony is started.

They simply didn't deliver the order. After a month or so, if you continues your follow up then they always partially ship their order. And if at all they offer you a refund then refund amount is calculated after deducting the discount. This means they offer the buyer lesser discount than the order value. (Here they need to understand that people shop with them because they offer discount.

In case of refund, if they are deducting the discount, that means they are cheating for the money.. Offer some heavy discount - made people to buy - do not deliver - then cut the discount amt - and refund the money. This is what they are doing.

All communication mode are not handled properly
1. Internet - In your account login - Order status is not updated on time. (Ready for shipped is by default status shown throughout)
2. Phone calls - Your phone calls are not answered. If you managed to get through this then customer service people are not clear about anything - such as order status, if the item is out of stock then when it will be available etc.
3. Mails - They didn't reply to calls so if you sent the mail, then nobody bothers to reply these mails. If your mails are answered then answer is typical "We will shortly dispatch your order. Thanks for your patience". Thats it. Nothing gets cleared from these mails.
4. Facebook - They simply hide all the negative comments.

This company is total fraud.

I wonder who have given them likes on facebook and good reviews on mouthshut etc.

Please do not shop with them.

I had placed an order no. 341280 with allschoolstuff.com on 8th Aug. As per the website policy is to ship within a week's time. It is nearing a month now & so far no updates from them. Have tried calling their support number & also have written 7-8 mails without success. They dont pick up the calls & also dont respond back on the emails. The site should be blacklisted. I want my money refunded back. Kindly let me know how we can take legal action against them?

I purchased some items form all schools tuff with order# 303238 on 19th of July,2012 and their shipping time is within 7 days. They didn't dispatch my item on time and then after I did many follow up calls. Then after I received the item on 15th August but one of the item was not dispatched by them. They informed me it will be dispatched withing one week but still not received it yet. When I called them today they said they are looking into it.

This website should be punished as they don't have toll free number and I had to spend around 100 Rs during the follow up calls and even then I havn't received on of the item in the order. They even don't reply for the emails.

Order Not Being Dispatched
I have ordered furniture item from the website http://www.allschoolstuff.com/ on 22nd July 2012 and made the payment online. They are not dispatching order. Everyday they say they'll dispatch it today. Its been 25days and no one attending the calls in customer service

This is to say that we ordered some stationary items from the website http://www.allschoolstuff.com/ on 19th July 2012 and made the payment online itself. They are not dispatching our order(order no-304868). Everyday they say they'll dispatch it today. Its been 2 weeks i have been asking them to dispatch and they have been telling that it'll be dispatched today. They hardly reply to email complaint.

i had placed an order with www.allschoolstuff.com nearly 10 days back. But am yet to receive the order and they also have a pathetic customer service. Firstly, no body picks up the numbers published on their website. If you manage to get through, they inform that the product is out of stock and dont know by when, the same would be made available. If you want to cancel the order, they inform that as per policy they do not give cash refunds. A clear case of online frauds and theft - first take money, then say product is not available and finally refuse to give refund.

I have made an order having order no 157264 on dated 5 April 2012.but it was dispatched to me partially and one article out of my order is pending.i got mail from allschoolstuff that they will ship the pending article as it was out of stock now.but later they refued to delieve other as the article as is out of stock and assured me to issue a gift voucher of same value so that i can make purchase.but now as the article value is 55 rs I was charged Rs 50. as shipping charges.Much concern. is that why i will pay shipping charges as the product is out of stock from their end. Cheap tactics. by site .
