They dont pick up calls, respond to emails or even make an effort to do what they were made to do: give people their ticket details. You have to run after them call them again and again till they pick up atleast once and try and get your ticket details. Also they would deactivate your account as and when they want and then blame it on you. Poor management, poor service. Worst place to put your money in. Was this information helpful? |
