Hello sir / madam, I had taken couple plan (10 domestic air tickets all inclusive) of rs. 29, 999 on 20th april, 2017 valid for one year (Advance payment). And i am waiting for refund of 4 tickets rs. 11, 996/- (I. E, inr 2, 999 x 4 tickets) & i’m unable to get appropriate response from alply since march 2018 onwards), neither executives are available online on website for instant chat nor call gets connected on both the customer care nos.
