Alpfly — cheating & financial loss

I am a customer of alpfly who were operating travel services offering discounted air tickets. I bought two packages worth 21999 and 31999 for 10 and 15 tickets respectively. The company has stopped its operations 4 months back and has not refunded the amount collected in advance from me towards air tickets. Today i realized that they has discontinued their email and help line numbers. This is a clear case of cheating whereby i have incurred a total loss of rs.38665.

I request you to look into this matter and help me get my money back.
