On 19/7/2017 purchased on line a block of 10 air lines ticket by paying rs.26999/- plus rs.499/- (Demanded to issue the ticket over phone/e-mails) to avail within a year time which will be issued before 7 days of journey and confirmation will be done 48 hours before the schedule journey, this is as per the star plan of which only i was allowed to avail 2 tickets from kolkata to ahmadabad there after no ticket issued so far reasons due to technical ground and unavoidable circumstances against my on line booking schedule three plans thus refused not issued any single ticket. The latest request to avail on 2nd june also not accorded. Previous not issued tickets not paid so far they asked me to provide bank a/c no. Not a single amount being paid in my bank a/c. Kindly help me out to pay back those 8 unused ticket @rs.2699/- per ticket. I am senior citizen of 65 yrs of age. Kindly justify the above written complain and do the need ful at the earliest please.
