I had taken an alpfly couple package being offered by alpfly after reading all the terms and conditions, but alpfly has cheated me and every time i book a ticket through there package then the deny the booking request and dont even process the refund. Now they are not even replying either via email or even the phone calls. Despite repeated requests they have not processed my refund. Please help me get out of this situation.
