Alpfly — cheating and fraud in connection with the services.

Dear sir

I paid rs. 36000 under family class of service related to ten flight tickets. Initially i had booked five tickets. But now they are not taking my requests for tickets. Whenever i'm trying to book tickets they are replying like inventory are not available and company will return you the proportionate amount for respective tickets.

After the mail from their side no response is coming even after the expiry of three months. No one from the company is responding to the landline number they've provided over the website.

I had send a continuous emails regarding the issue but they are simply replying that your request is under consideration.

This dealing have caused a lot of inconvenience to me and have created a lot of mental agony to me. I've been deprived of the services from the company side. And there is also no response from the company in this matter for the last two months.

Please treat the matter as a game of fraud and cheating as well as deficiency in the services under the terms and conditions of the services.
