Alpfly — flight booking

Alpfly is a flight booking company with which i paid rs37999/- to buy 10 ticket at a time. 1 month back i booked two ticket and they are declined and asked me to return my two ticket booking amount within 10 days. But one month passed i could not receive my amount and whenever i call they say its on process.
Please help me recover my amount for which i shall be grateful to you
