Sub: notice before filing consumer complaint
Dear sir/ma’am,
This is regrading refund of metro saving plan amount purchased from http://alpfly.com/ and compensation for the inconvenience caused to me (Register id: [protected]@gmail.com). Please see attached mail for reference of full detail of the conversation.
Below are some of (This may not include all, please refer mails attached) highlighted facts copied from mail conversations.
1. After purchasing metro plan there is no guild-line provided by alpfly on mail or website, neither on chat window of alpfly.com. And so while trying to book, i have generated unwanted request of booking as there was lack of information on how to book.
2. Same was communicated within hour of booking to alpfly team via email and chat. (Wrong booking was made at wed, nov 29, 2017 at 12:02 pm and complaint was registered at wed, nov 29, 2017 at 12:29 pm)
3. After complaining, there was no complain number generated nor there was any eta of resolution. There is also no request number for booking made.
4. There has been more than week of time and no conclusion from alpyfly. No proper contact was made to me. Alpfly has failed to maintain trustworthy relationship between customer and company.
5. This was not expected from alpfly side and i as customer have fear that same negligence will be continue in future while booking and so website is not reliable to continue contract.
6. I have asked to refund me package amount which is as per your terms and condition, which i haven't received back.
7. Have already asked to deactivate my account so for any misuse, theft of charges on my account, i will not be responsible henceforth.
8. There is mental harassment for daily following up mails since more than a month.
9. I have to book flights at my own expenses, and lent money from friends as my money is blocked in the package booking.
10. I have also provided reference of other company services like amazon in email and showed enough patient as not to spoil alpfly reputation.
11. I will be circulating this copy to my friends/fb groups from my personal account as make them aware of the facts if not resolved.
12. I am approaching for consumer court complain under the consumer protection act of 1986 and hence asking refund and compensation as below:
A. 1. Package amount: 27000 rs.
B. Mental harassment compensation: 500000 rs.
C. Court fees and advocate charges: depends on each hearing.
D. Flight journey lost: reimbursement of each individual ticket booked to source-destination included in plan till case closes.
E. Consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and i will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.
Please respond to the complaint in 3 working days of receiving this and resolve it in 5 working days with above mentioned compensations.
