As to wht shld I do .
There is this company called aplfly pvt ltd
We paid 45999/-
In return they promised to give us domestic air tickets
This was in the mth of 11 th dec 2017 .n till date they are not giving us the money nor the air tickets.
this is a standard mgs I have been receiving from them

fraud with metro service plan

Sub: notice before filing consumer complaint
Dear sir/ma’am,
This is regrading refund of metro saving plan amount purchased from http://alpfly.com/ and compensation for the inconvenience caused to me (Register id: [protected]@gmail.com). Please see attached mail for reference of full detail of the conversation.
Below are some of (This may not include all, please refer mails attached) highlighted facts copied from mail conversations.
1. After purchasing metro plan there is no guild-line provided by alpfly on mail or website, neither on chat window of alpfly.com. And so while trying to book, i have generated unwanted request of booking as there was lack of information on how to book.
2. Same was communicated within hour of booking to alpfly team via email and chat. (Wrong booking was made at wed, nov 29, 2017 at 12:02 pm and complaint was registered at wed, nov 29, 2017 at 12:29 pm)
3. After complaining, there was no complain number generated nor there was any eta of resolution. There is also no request number for booking made.
4. There has been more than week of time and no conclusion from alpyfly. No proper contact was made to me. Alpfly has failed to maintain trustworthy relationship between customer and company.
5. This was not expected from alpfly side and i as customer have fear that same negligence will be continue in future while booking and so website is not reliable to continue contract.
6. I have asked to refund me package amount which is as per your terms and condition, which i haven't received back.
7. Have already asked to deactivate my account so for any misuse, theft of charges on my account, i will not be responsible henceforth.
8. There is mental harassment for daily following up mails since more than a month.
9. I have to book flights at my own expenses, and lent money from friends as my money is blocked in the package booking.
10. I have also provided reference of other company services like amazon in email and showed enough patient as not to spoil alpfly reputation.
11. I will be circulating this copy to my friends/fb groups from my personal account as make them aware of the facts if not resolved.
12. I am approaching for consumer court complain under the consumer protection act of 1986 and hence asking refund and compensation as below:
A. 1. Package amount: 27000 rs.
B. Mental harassment compensation: 500000 rs.
C. Court fees and advocate charges: depends on each hearing.
D. Flight journey lost: reimbursement of each individual ticket booked to source-destination included in plan till case closes.
E. Consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and i will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.
Please respond to the complaint in 3 working days of receiving this and resolve it in 5 working days with above mentioned compensations.

I bought the apfly package of Star Privilidge for Rs.32999. Due to some inventory issues, they could not book my tickets for 22 dec, 23 dec, 4Jan and 7jan. According to their policy, i should be getting the apportion amount of Rs. 3299 per ticket. So, I should be getting the amount of 4 tickets. It is more than a month I have not received money. Whenever I call their customer care number, they say i will get the money asap. But i dont know when or will they give money.

Warning - Alpfly Pvt Ltd Scam
The scammers, usually using amazing pictures stolen from the Internet to promote their destinations, create fake travel agencies for a month at a time, get hundreds of avid tourists who pay on the spot, and then close down the "business".
Websites are created in such a high quality that is really hard to differentiate a real business than a shady one. The scammers then proceed to buy a bunch of Google AdWords or Facebook ads and close deals on spot. After a month of work 'in', they collect, shuts down the website, and create a new one. And the show goes on.
In a different variation of the scam, criminals create duplicate websites of real travel agencies. They use legitimate logos and offer amazing travel deals, luring the victims into filling out an application with their personal information, including credit card numbers which are charged right away.
They 've neither paid my salary for another CIN and Registered as Brighton info serve pvt ltd both directors are same named are Mr. R. K Gupta and Shubham Tripathi second one the biiggest ####### i've ever seen bhikhari sala shubham tripathi who abused me over phone when i ask him for my salary and used filthy remarks, said do what you do i will not pay. such kind of fraud people they are.

I've never received my salary by saying some reasons company is owned by Mr. shubham Tripathi and Mr. Ravi Kant Gupta both are big fraud people... they also have a fraud HR her name is monalisa. and phone : +91-[protected], +91-[protected]. and these fraud directors email is : [protected]@invincibletech.com, and [protected]@gmail.com, they keep promising false promised to there clients and their employees... i left the job and i was one of the sufferers in that company and did not paid even my salary and incentives in thousands. now they have started travel business and have changed their website completly from a pc tech support to become travel company hahaha very funny big time scammers and fraud people in delhi ncr. important message : their work office address is same : alpfly.com
