Alpfly — refuse to provide the committed services

While taking the membership at alpfly, they commited they will provide time preference while booking the ticket.
Now they are refusing to give time preference for travel while booking the ticket.
And also, there representative not picking the call from registered mobile number, but when i am calling from some other number their representative answered the call and after knowing that i am there registered member they disconnect the phone.

Mr. Ravi is one of their representative, and he is a big fraud.
