Alpfly.com — delay in refund | |||||
I ve purchased a couple plan but without making any booking i 've cancelled my registration within 10 days (As per their policy cancellation should be made within 21 days of purchase). I ve raised a cancellation request in the month of november. Its been close to 2 months still haven't got my money back. No response from alpfly. They are keep on saying that its under process.
