It has been more than a week since the defective products was brought to their notice. All the additional photos and videos have been submitted everyday through mail atleast 2-3 times to get their notice. If no action is taken, the matter will be taken very seriously. We have your address and necessary details. Since, the mails aren’t being responded and necessary action taken, a police complaint regarding your company will be filed. And i’m not the only one.
