I own suzuki ertiga vdi model, my 40k kms service was due and for that matter i had booked my vehicle for the service at amar cars pvt. Ltd. (Samiyala - padra showroom). Mr. Hitesh parmar, service engineer at showroom took my vehicle for the service, after three hours he called for the amc coupons i hold for the discount on labours and parts as a part of amc contract with them, i told him that coupons was in the booklet bu somehow he didn't found them so i requested him to do the service and i would deliver the coupons next day if it was not in the booklet, but he told me that if the coupons wud not be submitted than your vehicle would not be serviced and if serviced than not delivered back without the coupons. The issue went to mr. Vikram singh yadav, the manager of showroom, he resolved the issue but they started my vehicle service after 3 pm in the afternoon, they washed the vehicle in the morning, did the service in the afternoon, and delivered my vehicle in the late evening.in the morning i saw my vehicle that all the black hand impressions were there on the steering, the door trims, the upholstery fabric on doors, even the dashboard. On my way to my office i again went to showroom, met mr. Vikram singh yadav and showed him the vehicle, on the contrary to my surprise he told to me that the interior cleaning is not the part of routine service, i requested him that i am not demanding the interior cleaning just clean the parts which is been damaged at the time of doing service by your mechanic, but he refused and asked to pay the charges if the cleaning is to be done. Now i think this is really pathetic that the vehicle is washed and than it is serviced and if that is also done the cleaning of the vehicle is not done.

    We have booked our car... Before navratri.. Nd they have promised us to give it within..1 week but later on they made such a excuse that by mistake they booked another model.. What the hell is going on there how come they can make such a mistake... What kind of employes have you hired..1 of all give them traning.. Afterwads.. They told us tgey will give us delivery near diwali.. Nd called us day before dhanteras.. That we can take delivery... Nd after few hours again they apologised that again they made such mistake.. Mean what kind of circus is going there.. How come they can make such mistake again.. Its too irresponsible attitude... And then.. Again told us on 27 confirm they are giving delivery... Nd then again refused to it... I dont knw what the hell is going.. Do tbey want to sell cars or not.. Do they have some business ethics.. Nd values or not.. Pls see to this matter.. Bd in both time.. We had preapred our dd from bank.. Nd cancelled it from bank.. Pls see to this mattet

      Dear Sir,

      I was booked Maruti Suzuki ECCO 5 seater Ac carr ( White Color) on 02/07/2017. and That Time the sales manger inform me in writing for delivery is waiting period is 4-6 weeks. But I requested him in writing for My delivery date is 22/09/2017 (Navratri). Then after I received a call from Amar cars (mr. Ujjwal Bhatt & Tushat Patel) he was asked me for papers for Bank loan, but I replied him " I was proceed my loan procedure In one of other bank" and he asked me for give sanction letter from bank, but my bank was asked me to give direct DD (Cheque) on my requested date not to give Sanction letter.

      Then after on 22/09/2017 (My Delivery date) I handed over the DD of Rs. 420821/- to Amar car pvt ltd 's sales person. and I Begged him for Delivery as early as possible on or before 30/09/2017 (Dushera) . But Now they are asking me to Compulsory Buy Accessories worth Rs 21000. but I requested him I have no requirement of Accessories.

      Now they are asking me to buy compulsory accessories other wise we have not available the car.

      ANY ONE CAN HELP ME TO FULL FILL THE COMMITMENT AND CAN I RECEIVED CAR AFTER COMPLETION OF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Advance Booking, Full payment of DD.)

        Good Morning...

        Kindly consider this an escalation .

        My vehicle was handed over to Anant Cars bannerghata on 28th May 2017, due to issues in the engine, My car is a brand new 8 months old Mahindra-Nuvosport.

        since then i am continuously following up for the vehicle to be serviced on top Priority as we need the same on priority due to our day to day business/personal Operations.

        I had personally visited to Bannerghatta showroom to understand the issue, then it was informed me that there is an water entry and this is manufacturing Defect.

        As the vehicle is Brand New which is 8 months Due and covered on Videocon Liberty insurance i had requested them to get insurance approval to get things fixed as if you check your reports the engine issue was bought to notice from beginning as while driving there was a sound which was noticed, but after all service it was told that there is no issue.

        You know i had an pride while owning a Mahindra Vehicle initially which made me to refer at least someone folks listed below who purchased form ANANT CAR bannerghata showroom itself.

        3)Ashok-XUV

        I am fed-up following with all possible channels, there is no support from anyone from top to bottom.

          I was working there... They are not giving me the salary... Even they don't have any proper reason... Plz don't go to work there or even try to find to job there... It is useless... Calling it a company is funnest thing ever... I have provided my resign letter but they are not paying attention...

            I have given car for washing on 10 oct 2016, after it matine was misplaced by amar cars workers
            I have been complained them on 12th oct several times
            As their manager said he will contact me in 3-4 hrs and give me matine
            But till now on 24 oct no further calls or not even a single message is given by them
            So what should i suppose to do?
            Is this your way of service?
            I am not giving my car for further services in u r showroom

              Sir, i had approached amar cars pvt ltd, vadodara, gujarat for the replacement of the door glass of my maruti a-star automatic vehicle on dated[protected]. Mr. Sanjay told me that there is no stock of the glass and he ordered the glass on the same day. He rang up me on dated 13-08-16 to come for the repair. When i went to repair, the glass came for me was not the one which he ordered. He again told me to wait for some days. So far the glass is not reached and due to this i face a lot of difficulties. Since this is monsoon time, i cannot take the vehicle outside. Please do necessary action at the earliest.

              Hoping from you a satisfactory approach...

                I booked vitara brezza from amar car vadodara on 19 may 2016 . they told me that they will give me car in 1.5 months but its more than 2 months nd i didnt receive any information from them . and when i booked it in my specific colour i was the first one who booked that colour in amar cars and they sell alreAdy one car of that colour which one was mine .
                Amar Cars customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I recommend to don't purchase car from Amar car dealer at Gorwa. They are wrong commit to delivery.
                They was deliver on 1st mar 17 but it was not achieved and given others reasons I have already booked 20 day ago.
                I booked celerio on 13th april 2017.
                Amar car employee Keval G Shah who is based at janata chokdi at anand gujarat took rtgs cheque of 45K and used the smame for his personal work.

                I am still struggling to get money back from him.
                Its really shame. Never trust amar car employees.

                  i have booked my car on[protected] with RA Mr. Rupesh, Meghanaben, nexa vadodara, amar car dealer
                  Mr. Rupesh and his team from Nexa, vadodara, Gujarat.they are not supplying my booked cars without purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc...they all are force me to purchase extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc. otherwise we will not supply your booked car...
                  I have already disburse down payment and sanction letter of loan on[protected]...although they are not supplying my booked car without purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc...

                  Desirable solution: i want to purchase car without extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc...

                  Pl. do needful in these regards

                  We baught ertiga car on may 2016 FROM amar car GORWA VADODARA then still we are waiting for our RC BOOK. representative from amar car with name Sachin and kiran is not responding and they are ignoring us from last 6 months.what should I do to get my RC book card. They are not responding us and just waste our time and money.

                    Dear,
                    On telephonic conversation mr. Rupesh and meghanaben are denied to deliver cars without buying extended warranty, nexa card and accessories.
                    I have already disburse down payment and sanction letter as per the direction given by above ra.
                    Still they continued to force to buy all these things during telephonic conversation.
                    Then i have complained to nexa. Experience customer care centre on 22-6-16...
                    After that i recieve the mail from amar car pvt. Ltd on 23-02-16 that we can not force to buy all packages...
                    Then i again talk to mr. Rupesh regarding receiving of mail still he is not supplying car without purchasing of extended warranty etc..
                    These mail i have forwarded to mr. Rupesh on nexa. [protected]@amarcars.Net as per the mail address given by mr. Rupesh on[protected]...
                    But still they are not supplying the my booked car without purchasing of extended warranty etc...
                    Mr. Rupesh sra and his team continues to force for purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card and accessories...

                    Now my query are:
                    1. Mr. Rupesh and his team is really superior then company nexa? Because they are avoiding the company norms and where it is written that it is mandatory to buy the extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc...

                    I got the mail from [email protected] that extended warranty, nexa card, accessories are not mandatory as per our system. but on telephonic conversation with Mr. Rupesh, Meghana, and Dharmesh they are not supplying my booked car without purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card and accessories... Please do needful in these regards as early as possible... still my problem is not resolved... Because they did not supply my cars after disbursing of payment on 16-06-2016... How can say that complain is resolved.., ...

                    In these regards i got the following mail but Mr. Rupesh and his team still continuously insisting me to purchase extended warranty, nexa card and accessories.

                    Dear Mr. Kiran,

                    With reference to the complaint related to the Extended Warranty, Nexa Card & Accessories. We would to mention that Extended warranty is made in benefit for the customers, which would have been mentioned by the respective Relationship Manager to you.

                    As per the system, it is not mandatory. Also Informed that in Vehicle manufacturer warranty is 40000 KM/ 2 Years (Whichever is earliest). If you purchase Extended Warranty than it should be extended till 80000 KM / 4 years (Whichever is earliest).

                    Extended warranty is like a medical insurance. It is necessary to buy, but we can’t force you to buy.

                    Also informed that Nexa Card is a loyalty card, in which many benefits like, welcome bonus, reference earned point, exchange point etc. You pay only single time for activation, and its free for life time.

                    And informed that NEXA give you an option for Nexa Genuine accessories.

                    Also you have choice of different type of accessories which are available in Nexa.

                    Its not to compulsory to buy only kit, you have more option like side maulding, body cover, seat cover, bumper corner protector, reverse parking camera etc.

                    We assure to provide best service at all time.

                    Hope to have better services in future.

                    I have already complaint regarding the above subject with above ID and they replied me on my personal mail that as per the system it is not mandatory to by purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc.
                    but during telephonic conversation they are denied to supply my booked car without xtended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc.

                    So. i want to tell you that my problem is not resolved because they are still not supplying my booked cars without purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc.
                    Still continuous to force me about the purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories etc.by Mr. Rupesh and his team...

                    Desirable resolution: I want to buy my booked cars without purchasing of extended warranty, nexa card, accessories...
                    I want to same confirmation on my mail...

                    I think to purchase car from amar car but after viewing this complaint, now will buy car from other dealer who gives me only what I want. We know nexa card not useful to me. I can't utilise what they offer on nexa card.

                        My car was given for accident repairs twice in the month both the time work was done with very poor workman ship . They have installed a new bumper in my car its color and finish does not match with the front bumper or body they have painted side panel above the left hand side doors but due to very poor workmanship and carelessness color was spill over windshield and side glass as well as side black trims also rear glass. I was very disappointed with this work so i contacted manager mr Ketan Mahida he asked one of the fellow guy to repair it he did the work in very bad way still I can spot color dots on the glass and body side trim is also has color drops on it and finish is not smooth as before also rear number plate light and trunk chromium trim is also painted in white right now I am very frustrated with Amar Cars they are very poor in doing their jobs they spoiled my car in repair rather doing it in a good condition their technician are not trained properly and they don't understand your problem when I kept my car for the repairs at the time of delivery I noted the dots on the trunk they said its just a air it can be fixed with the polish but next time they could fix it with the polish they painted the trunk again and kept my car for 2 days in the workshop again on the side air drops are their which look very disappointing after paying 12000 for minor color jobs if maruti Suzuki does such jobs its very shameless furthure more my car will never enter in amar cars premises what ever the situation will be I will not give my car to amar cars technician if my Maruti Suzuki can t solve my issue I will take serious action against Maruti and Amar cars.

                          My Car Pvt, Ltd. — dealers misbehaviour

                          Sir I booked Swift Dzire ( VDI ) ( White) on 20.6.09 from My Car Pvt. Ltd., Jarib Chowki, Kanpur. The car was booked in the name of Mr. Praful Jain

                          I was told that I would get the car within 15 days but still they did not deliver the car. They took Rs.1000 as the booking amount. On 27th June we got a call that a VDI model has come which has company fitted alloys and sporty bumpers for which they were charging Rs.22000 and Rs. 18000 respectively. Every time they were forcing us to buy that very model. On 6th july I received a call from a sales executive that the car has come in the godown and will be delivered on 8th july.

                          Today I went to the showroom to have a look at the car that was to be delivered to me the next day. While we were deciding the amount of balance cheque their executive Mr.Sachin Agarwal came up and gave us a list of accessories that were fitted in the car. At the time of booking we had already told them that we do not need any accessory in the car, we only wanted the VDI model as supplied by the company.

                          Now they are forcing us to purchase that very car with accessories. The details of accessories they are forcing us are given below:-

                          SEAT COVERS 8000/-
                          ANTIRUST/TEFLON 4700/-
                          SIDE MOULDING 1123/-
                          STEERING COVER 490/-
                          MATTING 1050/-
                          READING LAMP 900/-
                          BODY COVER 600/-
                          TOTAL 16933

                          In addition to it they had also forged my signatures on the commitment sheet which is highly punishable and a crime. They did not give me the sheet and I know that now that sheet will disappear. Now they are telling us that we have to wait for more than 6 months to get the car without any accessories.

                          Kindly tell us what to do..?? waiting for your earliest response…..
