With reference to the complaint related to the Extended Warranty, Nexa Card & Accessories. We would to mention that Extended warranty is made in benefit for the customers, which would have been mentioned by the respective Relationship Manager to you.
As per the system, it is not mandatory. Also Informed that in Vehicle manufacturer warranty is 40000 KM/ 2 Years (Whichever is earliest). If you purchase Extended Warranty than it should be extended till 80000 KM / 4 years (Whichever is earliest).
Extended warranty is like a medical insurance. It is necessary to buy, but we can’t force you to buy.
Also informed that Nexa Card is a loyalty card, in which many benefits like, welcome bonus, reference earned point, exchange point etc. You pay only single time for activation, and its free for life time.
And informed that NEXA give you an option for Nexa Genuine accessories.
Also you have choice of different type of accessories which are available in Nexa.
Its not to compulsory to buy only kit, you have more option like side maulding, body cover, seat cover, bumper corner protector, reverse parking camera etc.
We assure to provide best service at all time.
