Amaron — amaron battery replacement with in a warranty period

I have purchase the amaron battery for my tata indigo car which is used for domestic purpose on[protected], from janatha battery situated at yousufguda near allahabad bank, hyderabad

From the date of purchase the battery is irritating me a lot, when i logged a complain with amaron customer care, they send the executive to check the battery, the executive told us that he will take away the battery for checking and wil get back after 2-3 days,
The executive checked the battery for 3 days and got back the battery and said us that the battery is good, and their is a no problem with battery,

Again after a weeki got the same problem, the battery got discharged in middle of the road, again we tough the vehicle to our residence and logged a complain with customer care, again the company send the executive and he took 1 week just for checking the condition of battery, later he bought the battery and said the battery is in good condition,

While purchasing the battery the shopkeeper told us that the battery is having 48 months of warranty and if you get any problem with battery with in 48 months the battery gets replace with a new one,

I have requested many times with the customer care and executives of amaron company but their are not on their words instead their were taking the battery and getting it charged again and again but not replacing it

Why this company told us that it will replace the battery if we get any single problem,??? Is it not the company is playing with us...

I request the concern department to take action against it, so that another person should not face this kind of problem
