Dear amaron,

I am your loyal customer, i have purchased 3 battery of you also i always suggest my friends to your brand. But this time i am very disappointed with amaron, i purchased a battery on 20th april 2017. And got backup problem it was not working well and it is under guarantee so i submitted it to shop where i purchased nice electric works, some how i lost the bill but battery have shop keeper mentioned date itself so there should be no problem also every product have there own product code. But they are behaving really very bad not every talking in manner every day i go to them and they just give me date for next day, and they are saying amaron is not giving any reply. Here is only a customer is suffering nigher they nor you.
So now i have come to you please always take care of your distributors and retailers. They mess with your brand name. I am giving you details of shop please talk to them as soon as possible and resolve my issue. I am also attaching photos of battery and shop.

    I have my maruti suzuki swift vdi car reg. No. Gj23bl2412. I have purchased my car before a year on 28/3/2017 from kiran motors ahmadabad. After 11th months my car's amron battery has been burned in lunawada, gujarat. I registered complaint regarding it at r b cars lunawada. They send the battery for replacement at your baroda office as it was under guarantee but after 1.5 months i did not get replacement of battery till date.

    Please do the needful.

      But before 15 day battery not working properly. I went to the showroom and gave complaint for battery but showroom owner demand me 200 rs for replacement of battery. This is ridiculous because tha battery is in a warranty period.
      How does he demand me a money???

        Sr. मेरी battery में है और दुकानदार और डीलर दोनों बैट्री को बदला कर दे नहीं रहे हैं. Baat यह है कि मैं आप को सूचना देना चाहते कि amaron की tumbler battery है और इनवर्टर lumnas का है
        और Sr. कारण यह है अचानक रात को battery का
        कबनेट फट गया. तो हमने सुबह दुकानदार को सूचना दी तो उन्होंने कहा ठीक है गरएंटीकार्ड दो तो गरएंटीकार्ड दे दी या फिर वह 1 माह तक अपने पास
        रखने के बाद बोल रहे है कि कुछ नहीं हो सकता.

          Dear sir

          My car battery is 6 months old and having problem of discharging since the battery is bought. I complaint to the dealer from where the battery is bought, and asked to replace the same as the battery is in still warranty/guarantee period. But the dealer charges the battery and put battery water in the battery and handover to me. But in a week time the battery discharges again and iam having problem of self starting the car, and sometimes i face starting problem in the middle of the way, which is embarrassing.

          Please check and replace the battery at the earliest.

            My battery purchase date is 01/02/2015 and warranty is four year ie 31/01/2019. My battery is not working since jan 18. I make contact to retailer where i purchase the battery and also amron battery service centre situated at fazalgang kanpur repeated many times. They have not taken any step to resolve matter and come into solution. Behaviour towards custmer is not upto the mark distance from my town to amron service centre is around 40 km which is not feasible to cover regularly because of valuable time and travel cost. So please look into matter and resolve it quickly. Thank you

              I have purchased amaron pro battery for hyundai accent on 26/07/2015. The battery was having issue in january 2018. I have raised a complaint on 19th march 2018 by complaint no 259456 to shreeram bizventures india pvt ltd, ghaziabad. I have told about the issue that if headlight or fan remains on for 5 minutes battery goes down but they told me that battery is alright but the issue continues, now i have checked the battery to some other dealer and they told me that battery is not working and it will be replaced. So i want to know when your engineers came one month earlier why did he told me that battery is working properly. It might get in my knowledge that your technicians are not well educated and are the normal mechanic hired by your dealers who don't no anything. This situation is making bad reutation of amaron because of dealer's so request you to please replace my battery

                I am a customer of amazon from the past two years (From 2015). Suddenly my battery started draining. I checked my charging coil of my bike it was okay.
                So i went to the dealer where i took that battery in vasai, maharashtra.
                My battery was nok cranking properly. Sometimes it did crank but most of the time it didn't. I went to that shop and discussed about my problem, he just checked my self start and said it was okay even when i insisted him to check my battery he didn't checked it. This is how your dealers treats your customer.

                  I had purchased an amaron harvest battery (As suggested by the dealer, weltek, bl saha road, kolkata - 53) on 6/7/2016. It had a replacement warranty for 18 months and a repair warranty for 24 months.

                  The owner, mr deb kumar thought himself to be very smart and took the battery on the 19th month and told me that he would use his contacts and try to accommodate and get it repaired.

                  It has been more than one month, i am chasing him. Today he tells me that the company has given him the repaired battery, but as he is not satisfied with the company, he would any ways give me the scarp value of the battery. When i yelled on his he asked me to give some more time so that he can negotiate with the company.

                  I request amaron to take it very seriously and do the needful.

                      Dear sir /madam,

                      I am a tvs dealer and a customer of amaron since many years and had purchased 9lb battery with 4 years of warranty in june 2017. I am facing charging problem with the battery and hence reported with the battery at the authorised dealer - amarpadma agro. After leaving the battery with the dealer i was assured that you will get the problem resolved within a week. When i didn't receive any call, i myself called to check the status and got the reply that your battery is unable to charge and won't be replaced too.
                      I got the following reasons for not getting the battery replaced :-
                      1) you did not purchase the battery from me and go to the dealer from whom you purchased the battery. The dealer from whom i purchased the battery is no more an amaron dealer.
                      2) you did not bring the battery to me after every 3 months for charging.
                      I myself is a tvs dealer and i have got battery charging facility at my service center. Why is the need to go to the dealer every 3 months just for battery charging?
                      3) late sale. He gave the reason that the previous dealer sold the battery late and hence we cannot issue battery replacement.
                      How is the customer blamed for this issue - as the warranty must be from the date of purchase by the customer irrespective to when the dealer received it. Customer shouldn't be troubled for this.

                      Just because i did not purchase battery from him, the dealer isn't cooperating. Even i am not getting rejection letter from the dealer after repeatedly asking for it.

                      My sincere request is that kindly look in this matter and get my problem resolved soon. Such practice will surely diminish your brand value just because no proper treatment from the dealer.

                        I am purchasing my amaron (Amara raja) tubular battery from ab enterprises ambedkar road ghaziabad. Unfortunately my battery is totally exhaust and my warranty card has been lost i am contacting my dealer and the engineer mr ashish visited my home and inspect the battery or he said battery cell is damaged or it can be changed only.

                          As i'm purchased power zone ups before 2 months, every day the problem of tripping is occurring due to this my work pressure is overloaded to next day and it affects the computer display, mother board etc.., already we have complained three times to the technician but the problem is not resolved.                             I purchased a battery AMARON FLO - ABF0849Q322880 on[protected] from Laxmi Motors, Link Road, Mewar Motors Udaipur 313001, Rajasthan M-[protected] with min 2 yrs replacement guarantee. The battery was old as manufacturing date was Dec2017 on the battery but the seller committed that there is no issue and company is providing onsite warranty. I purchased this due a renamed branch with commitment of the seller but i faced the issue during starting my car manytimes in past and one i met him regarding the issue and he told now drive your car and i will replace if you face more issue from any dealer of amaron company. on dated 26.01.2018 early in the morning i planned to go outside with family and all prepared but car not started due to faulty battery and everybody disturbed and do all my try for start the car atlast i taken out the battery from car and visited a dealer asha auto battery, opp virangna talies, banswara 327001, rajasthan but he refused to repalace then finally i lodge a complaint regarding the battery with comp no 260559 and waited for any remedy but nobody contacted atlast i contacted mr parshuram whose name was vaialable in your comp sms with comp no. but he also refused for any help and behave was very rude and told i am outside. I contacted Mr Basant Jain from Udaipur ou comp representative he told to visit comp service centre udaipur road banswara, but that was closed again i contacted mr basant he told today is holiday nothing is possible again i contacted customer care person for any help, his behave was very rude and reply that i can only lodge complaints and will not provide any solutions nothing else.
                            is it onsite service for your customers???
                            finally i contacted Vora Battries, banswara but he also refused to provide replacement or any service battery.

                            then i inform my family to visit by a hired taxi...

                            I contacted the seller but he told that i am in a meeting and will call you after 10 min but no call received.

                            after a longtime after my so much efforts and calling to every possible person...i received a call that you go to vora battery with old battery and you will get it replacement after so many discussion at last i got replacement at around 2:00pm means i suffered for 4 hours and wasted a precious time due to your stupid product and non responsible company/seller and other representatives.

                            STILL I AM WAITING FOR THE BILL AND WARANTY CARD FOR THE REPLACED BATTERY THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME.

                            Who is the responsible for issue faced by me.
                            what is my mistake that i purchased your product???

                            Please clarify for further action against your company, suffered by me.

                                This is side is saurabh jain using amron battery in my car indica vista which i have buy from harsh auto mobile ([protected]) bilsi 243633 dist badaun u. P on dated 24 april 2016 which has 18 month warranty.

                                At the time of purchased i have also fill all the details of my car and personal details which dealer also share with his distributer sethi auto barailly ([protected]).

                                Now there ais a problem in my battery when i call to customer care number so he told me that you must have warranty card to replace the battery.

                                As company like amron who also registered all the dat in their database can also check the same in their record if his valuable customer has lost the same.

                                It is time to digital india where we did not need the bill if company update the record in the database.

                                Requesting you to ask the concern to change my batter as battery is in under warranty.

                                  I was purchase battery on 27 sep 2015, and the same was not working since couples of weeks. I submitted the battery to the dealer named riders motor pune on 05 dec 17, and advised that company will contact you.
                                  08 dec 17 after called dealer reply that your bty will be replaced after charge of rd 550/ apx.
                                  I am unable to understand that without contacted by company, how the dealer decided for my opinion.
                                  Pls clarified the charges and the action taken by the dealer from user to company.

Deller batrary charge. And give. After six month battary dishcharge i am saing deller please change the battary because the battary is gareanty period. But deller is not change my battary.                                       The problem in my bike is it not start by its power start my bike is just 3 months old and bike’s battery is in warranty.
                                      But the main problem is the service provider not giving me service and the customer service is also the same problem.

                                        I have sold my mobile to amazon and on 12th nov, delivery boy of amazon picked up and told that with in 7 working days i receive my amount or product and i was able to track mobile and after one week i received msg that product is not delivered and in 2-4 business working days i receive my product but till now i didnt received product
                                        I have lost lot of customers from olx and cashify and now iam not getting any offers from customers and i have not received my mobile either.

                                        In amazon rules its clearly mentioned that if product is not delivered in 15 days i receive amount but that too not happened

                                        My problem is i have purchased 2 wheeler battery about 6 months ago but now i am facing problem with the battery and i have lost my bill and warranty card what should i have to do now to claim. kindly revert me as soon as possible

                                        My battery warranty card was lost, and my battery is not working, I have battery number, they ask me for warranty card, than they reples my battery.
