Amaron Battery — battery warranty card lost, now asking for warranty card to replace battery

I have amaron bike battery, which in warranty. Now my battery is giving problem so went to amaron service center they asked me for warranty card but i lost my warranty card.
So they said warranty card is compulsory.
Its real very bad experience with amron.

Amron have to give some back-up records for customers, if bymistake they lost their warranty card.

Hello sir my warranty card is misplace and my battery is not working and it had 2 years warranty n the battery stop working in just 1.5 year ...so plz help me out to get the warranty card or give me new battery so I can use my activa properly ...plz resolve my problem as soon as possible
