Amaron — battery in warranty but amaron not agree to replaced

I am adv vikram sonawane. My mobile no [protected] i was purchase the amaron go battery in 2018.
1. I was purchased your product name amaron go battery with 48 months warranty from thane on urgent basis because my vehicle was breakdown near mumbai toll that time mechanic come and told me the battery was faulty. Immediately i change the battery from your dealer.

2. I say that the slogan appearing on the wrapper of this product i. E. Last long really long is totally false and deceptive.in addition i was inspired by your advertisement that this battery is good so i purchased it but after using it, i suffered pain and stress after using your product.
3. I have the maruti wagnor and i try to launch the complaint since 20 days but your helpline number was ring then come to busy with another, minimum hundred times i call on that help line number when there was no response then i was cheak with local mechanic then i come to know the battery was faulty this battery was charge but this battery not get the load to which the car was not started,

When my car was breakdown that time i suffer the lots of problem because all where the lock down and no mechanic available and no any source to start my car that time i arrange some toeing and car to come my home and called to mechanic and cheak the car when i know the the battery was faulty this battery not make the proper voltage to start the car. That time i called your helpline but your helpline was ring then go to busy. And that if your service can’t arrange the why open the service center.

At the time of selling your product, your sales person make the big commitment we have the nearest service center if the product have any issue and some problem in our product the solve the problem within 24 hours but now where is your commitment that all in dustbin. Amaron cheated to people company have the battery for sale but dont have for replacement

4 i want replace the battery immediate otherwise i not having the other alternate to file a written complaint to consumer forum for loss and damages
