[Resolved] Amazon — after product refund due to wrong product not received my refund money | |||
Dear concern, My self gautam kumar and i order one product (Order no[protected], amount rs.379/-, dated[protected] from online with amazon side but they send me wrong product, then i refund it and request amazon re send me correct product still they send wrong product again then i finally request amazon refund my money asap. I again order another product (Order no[protected], amount rs.429/-, dated 15/08/2019). When i receive said product its not charging then i request amazon to replace and refund my money. After so many time discuss with amazon customer care regarding this matter where was i am profestanaily as a busy person but amazon commit me to refund your money very soon but not it done from their side. All over phone conversation attached for your reference, please help me for refund my money as also harassment penalty which was my rights as an indian customer. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my refund money after your involvement but in future company not doing this type of mistake that step you are not taken.
Like customer sufferer and spending lots of time and my demand to Amazon Penalty that not happen in this case .
