Amazon — Amazon is not refunding the amount of product even after the product was not delivered | |||
Hello An order was placed on 6th of october of acer aspire 5e 573g laptop (Order no[protected]. Price was 32, 990 A cancellation request was made next day (7th oct) before the product was dispatched. Even after requesting twice for the cancellation the product was dispatched but the shipment stopped as per the courier tracking details and there was no further information from bluedart courier or amazon about the cancellation status, shipment status and the refund initiation process. Amazon customer representatives said to wait till 18th october and the refund will be initiated after that on 19th october. As per the conversation with amazon on 19th october there was still no information about the refund and they again informed to wait for 24 - 48 hours. It is highly requested to look into this matter and help the customer to get the legal refund back. The customer cancelled and did not receive any product but the amount was paid to amazon.
