[Resolved]  Amazon — amazon parcel return but no payment is received till now

I have ordered slipper via amazon on 3 october 2019. Via order no #[protected], order total 499.00 (1 item) that was returned later on 10th october but return process is still in progress and no amount is been returned till now.. We do not expect this unprofessional behavior. More than 1 month has been left but no amount has been returned.. Do the needful at your end your earliest.

We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Soniya Ajmera ("Complainant") and find that she had ordered for Foot Wagon Women's Gold Beige White Sole Double Straps Flat Sandals (5 UK/India, 38 EU) ("Product") from an independent third party seller, i.e., Foot Wagon ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 499.00, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into her bank account on 5th November, 2019, vide refund reference number IGAHDOAVH8.
In case the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
