Amazon — Amazon product marked as delivered but not received, delivery boy gave to wrong person, no refund/replacement, another order cance

I placed an order on Amazon around 20 or 21 May 2024. On 22 May, I received a delivery message saying my order was delivered to "receptionist", but I never got the product.

I immediately contacted Amazon customer service. The executive said to wait 2 days and also connected me with the delivery agent. That delivery boy rudely told me that he handed the product to someone named "Neetu", but my name is Sangmitra, not Neetu. I did not get any OTP, call, or signature verification from his side — this is a clear delivery fraud.

After 2 days, when I called again, I was told to wait 4 more days. After that, they told me "our investigation is complete and we cannot help you further, no refund or replacement is possible." This is completely unfair and unacceptable.

Before this, I had another product issue where an item arrived with missing parts. I got a refund for that and used that money to place this current order — which also failed to reach me.

Thinking this issue might be resolved, I placed another product order on 22 May evening — but that new order was also cancelled automatically without my consent or explanation.

Now I am unable to use my Amazon Pay balance as well because my new orders keep getting cancelled. I am very disappointed, frustrated, and stressed due to this.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, emailed [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in, and explained everything in detail — but still no help.

I request:

A full refund for the product not received
An explanation for why my orders are being cancelled
A solution so I can use my Amazon Pay balance freely
Action against the delivery person who gave my product to someone else without OTP or confirmation
Please resolve this immediately.
