Sir you help me i just ordered an Apple Watch SE (GPS + Cellular, 44mm) - Space Gray Aluminum Case with Midnight Sport Band - Regular which cost 36, 900 after that amazon put my account on hold. When we tried to contact them, they told us we can't help you, after that they sent me a message from an email whose screen short I sent you, my account was the first order, even after that they held my account and didn't even refund my money

I have ordered crocs slipper(3000 rs) and they sent me Aqualite (300 rs) slipper. When I tried to call customer service, again and again they are saying same thing that seller sent the correct product and I am sending back the counterfit product. I have booked a ticket for KGF 2 for 15th April through amazon pay for Swati Cineplex (Dolby Atmos): Bhubaneshwar for 5.30AM show. the booking was done on9th April 2022. tghe booking ID -W9HWUFE. The ticket price for Diamond category of the particular theatre was Rs.300 . However when I was checking again the price on 12th April the price is now Rs.200. I think we have been charge more than the actual price. Change in price should take place after completing the particular show. Change in price everyday for the same show is against the ethics and rights of a citizen.

    I have purchased a curtain from Amazon, I received a different product from what I have ordered, I returned the product I received. Now the company is asking for the product I have ordered originally and has not been received by me. I have returned the product received from their end. Now they are not issuing my refund for the wrong item delivered from their side. The company is at fault and they are harassing me. The amount involved is Rs. 1799.

      Just realized that Amazon has been ripping off people and has been running a fraud through their online portal. Few days back (04/04/22) I ordered product from Amazon whose MRP on their site was 499 and after discount I paid 379. On 06/04/22 when I received the product the actual MRP of the product was just 199. As per the consumer law in India no product can be sold above the MRP.         I made a purchase from Amazon on 13 Feb 2022 but the order was not delivered to me. I requested refund and Amazon say they have initiated it on 20 Feb 2022 . I still haven't gotten the money in my account and I did everything what they told me to. Go to bank, file a charge dispute form everything but still nothing. All they provided was refund reference number #[protected]
        And nothing else.now they are not even helping.

            Amazon India — Order cancelled but still delivered and I'm being told I won't get a refund

            I placed an order like any order time on Amazon and then realized I did not want the product anymore. Order was yet to be dispatched, and was successfully cancelled via Amazon App.
            However, order was still delivered and left with the Security guard, no phone call, no OTP.
            On trying to contact cust care for returns, I am being told that the order is not returnable and that I should have rejected the delivery.

            The company has not delivered many orders. We have been chasing and they get returned from the final delivery station.

            They don't go out for delivery and then we have to ask for refund and place new orders which again don't arrive. This is very time consuming and stressful for a consumer.

            Each time they say you will receive the order when I call them or chat. These are false promises. If...

              Amazon India — Dispute for Refund

              I placed an order on amazon (Payment was done via UCO Bank debit card) which was later returned by me. I am to receive a refund from amazon.com.
