Hello,
My name is Pawan. my smart watch is not working properly since last month. I bought this watch from amazon on 11th march 2023 and received on 13th march 2023 after replacement . It is still under warranty but I have lost the bill for this watch but I have the order details of this watch along with the screenshot my number is also blocked because my phone is stolen I am having some problem in restarting the same number again and this is why I am unable to reactivate my Amazon account.     Hi team- This to inform you i have order on 28 may 2023,

    2 items of order [protected].But watch (Casio Vintage Series Digital Grey Dial Men's Watch-A-158WA-1Q) not received in amazon packaging box. Neither delivery guy handed over any other package but in order details showed that both items are delivered which is wrong.

    Delivery guy number was [protected] who came for delivery on 29 may2023

    Please look into this and deliver watch (Casio Vintage Series Digital Grey Dial Men's Watch-A-158WA-1Q) or refund my money.

      I made all the necessary payments these people wanted, I spent over 60K which I took from colleagues and friends, they told me the payment has been processed and I should patiently wait for my money to clear in my bank which will be in the morning. I have not heard back from these people, please help.

        Complaint and refund

        I had ordered a watch from Amazon on 6th May 2023 and I received an different colour than what I had ordered. I had Ordered dark green and received blue.

        Hence I returned the same product that was picked up by a guy on 18th of May 2023.

        Now after I didn't receive any refund I tried CONTACTing them on chat and a guy told me that investigation is raised.

        Hi,
        I ordered a Logitech G402 Wired Mouse on May 9, 2023, for 2195 rupees.I received the other on May 11th, 2023, and I got a different model, like the wireless version of it, so I complained about it, and they said they would investigate and asked us to call after 8 days. I called again, and they said they would pick up the item and refund my amount within 5-10 business days. Today is May 29th, 2023, and I have called again to them, and they are saying I sent the wrong item, and now they can't do anything about it, but they are the persons who sent me the wrong item. They delayed with the investigation, and now they have the wireless mouse and my amount. I have tried asking them to connect with their supervisor, but they are not ready to connect with them. Please initiate my refund amount to the same source i have paid.

        I am a student from ludhiana and i want to warn income and i saw amazon mall jobs and get registered with it but later i found that they are scammers and they took my 1 lakh rupees and they are using someone else phone number to contact on whatsapp and they provide me with a tutor on telegram which looks like a foreigner but he is not a foreigner and now they are mentally harrassing me. I request u to provide me with my money and please take care of these fraud peoples and take action against them.

I am very unhappy with services and please treat as a severe escalation about the entire process followed during the ordering and delivering of my product.                 I have booked a DELWIN Shoes on[protected] Order #[protected] and the item received on[protected]. On opening the parcel I astonished to find that a used-up chappal moreover a different from the item I have booked inside the parcel. I have already provided photo and video clip of the defective product in the Amazon's complain zone. I then and there processed for replacement of the item with the new one as I booked. The matter is now under resolve and the replacement is ordered which is now on the way. This is not desirable from Amazon, being a reputed and established online retailer.

                  False warranty information on platform

                  I have ordered apple ultra watch with order no.[protected] on 17th April of starlight colour but I received midnight colour, same time I called coustmer care and asked for exchange or refund, they asked me to open the product as per policy and share images, I told them the colour is different and clearly written on product on box them why to open still they told as per policy it is mandatory same time I opened the box and shared the images, after continous folloup with coustmer care they processed the return and pickup was done, but till time the product is showing in return in app and the specialist team is telling that you have sent wrong product, I replied them with unboxing video, images and satifyed them, also they have not returned my the product as mentioned in mail with tracking no., also the seller has uploaded 2 invoices of same amount, same product on same day on GST portal as seen as I use business app, it is clearly seen that seller has cheated me, this is going from last 1and half month as amount in higher I request to settle it ASAP

                      I ordered a home ladder on 27 April 2023 however; Amazon delivered me sports equipment's. Immediately I asked for return request, however, it has been a month that no one from Amazon has come to pick up the return.

                      Due to this my INR 4000 is stuck and return window is expiring soon. No one responding on my query and every time I call, they re-raise the request for return but no one comes to pick it up.

                        I have order books from from Amazon which was to be delivered today(22 /5/23) the delivery boy came today to deliver the order due to some reasons my phone wasn't working at that time he asked me to give OTP, since my phone wasn't working i said I will be giving OTP after some time, i took the package from him and teared the package from side just to check if it was the correct item, as soon as I opened the package, he started shouting and misbehaving with me and threatened me to beat . I didn't know that opening the order before giving OTP wasn't allowed, he should have before handedly said that but he started shouting and misbehaving and even threatening me . I kindly request to take some action.

First they made me add Rs.200 to their account and successfully transfered back Rs.450. Then they made me recharge and amount of 1000 and again 100 and after task completion transfered 1500 successfully to my account. After this started the fraud practice. They alloted me similarly a 6 task and asked me to recharge by starting with Rs.500 and then it increased till it reached Rs.1
                          6450 .Now they tell me its freezer and I have to pay again 6200.
                          Please help me to get my money back. I had to lend the money from friends and family to complete thinking it will be refunded.
