Dear I purchased a photo frame in Amazon via debit card I got missing that then Amazon refund my money but I don't received my money in bank acount Amazon sent me refund reference number 30005431933179004717743

I have go to the bank for this but bank maneger beaviour was worst ever I see and he don't give me any solution
