I ask to amazon about refund they said we are already refunded to your account and still i didn't get my refund in my account and when i ask to sbi customer service they said that thats not our look out amazon is third party we cant help even i give them refrence number also161201 but they said we cant help you out my amount is 747 so plz i request you help me out Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6506We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Gaurav ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for Shree Fashion Hub 100% Cotton Geometric Theme Printed Double Bedsheet With 2 Pillow Covers, DOLLY HANDLOOM 3D Printed Polycotton Double Bedsheet with 2 Pillow Covers(Black, 220x235cm), Panipat Textile Hub 100% Cotton Double BedSheet for Double Bed with 2 Pillow Covers Set, Queen Size Bedsheet Series, 140 TC, 3D Printed Pattern ("Product") vide order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Nakoda Trading Company ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund of the amount paid. It is submitted that a refund value of Rs.747.00 as requested and required by him was processed into his bank account on 25th October, 2019 vide refund reference number 161201. The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||

The tempered glass I bought does not stick on the mobile phone. The moment u place it over and press in the centre as suggested it comes off. I even tried professional help but it just does not stick on to it. Touch does not work I have to press hard on it.
