[Resolved] Amazon — charge to my credit card not authorized | |||
I dont like using amazon, my cards always show extra charges i dont authorize i want this to stop this is not just a one time thing this problem seems to get unresolved amazon has seen the last order from me i have to deal with ### everytime sad to see the state of your bussiness going down hill . never again ive used amazon three times all three times extra charges were applied had to cancel my card because amazon will do nothing all of my words are being typed for blind or deaf people amazon does not care last time user file complaint with local district attornies office and registered a complaint with govoners office im going to keep going untill some one will listen if this means class action law suit im a retired old man i have alot of time on my hands Was this information helpful? | |||

We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the order ID that has been provided is incorrect. You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of your amazon.in account. We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from your with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. The above cited reference number may be quoted in your reply. | |||
