Amazon.com — refund issues | |||
Hello, I made a big mistake to buy books from Amazon. I face some issues with books so I applied for refund on 9th September . It is 24th September still no one comes to pickup products. Each time I called Amazon customer care, they only told we have initiated the process and product will be picked within 24 to 48 hours. They are only making fake Promises. I will ever never buy anything from Amazon now. Please pickup products . I am preparing for examination and I need refund so that I can buy other quality books.
