[Resolved]  Amazon — Complaint for replacement

I had ordered wolfer vaulter bat received it on 24 july and was delivered me on 29 july but bat has too much blemishes marks and was damaged i opted for replacement but no one came to pickup and when i check in their website it was showing that refund pickup verification failed. Help me to get replacement.
