Amazon — Coway Air-purifier Seller Frootle India ltd is cheating Customer by sending old used products

Hi,

I am sharing my experience on this Platform to aware people of India that Amazon Seller " Frootle India Ltd" who is Coway Air purifier registered Seller is cheating Amazon Customers by sending old and used Product and taking money for fresh one.

I have ordered Coway Air Purifier on 6th Dec on Deal Price 12999.

To my surprise what Seller send bravely to my home is already used and returned Product by someone else (return Pickup date from old buyer 28 Nov and Purchase date 14th Nov 2020).

I am Amazon Prime member and was not expected such refurbished Product by Amazon Seller .

I am giving evidence which is luckily given by Seller itself otherwise everyone can understand how difficult to get return/refund where you received used Product and HEPA filter packing was also found tempered and used Filter.

I am chasing Amazon from last 2-3 days for return pickup and refund and still things are not good.

I request Amazon to stop selling such Products and Blacklist such Brave Seller who not afraid to send used product to innocent people of India and taking their Hard earned money.

Please see the images which I am publishing, my review is not approved AMAZON because they are on Seller side and still promoting such product and encourage Such Seller.

This was my review which was not approved by AMAZON but no one can stop to put here and will publish on AMAZON .

Seller is sending used Product, I have uploaded few images when I receive this today.
Product was delivered to someone at 14th Nov and same packaging in the Box, so seller put evidence himself.
HEPA FILTER PACKAGING WAS FOUND OPEN AND CLEAR DUST VISIBLE ON IT"

I have talked with several officials within Amazon but no satisfactory answers are given.

Not received refund till now and one after another problems with Amazon, till now not resolved by them and my refund is delayed for reasons not from my side, putting latest conversation with Amazon here.

First I cheated by your Seller however he provided evidence that he sent refurbished products on the payment of a new one, So what is the update about my request to blacklist such Brave Sellers and remove their product from Amazon.

Secondly I was cheated by your Delivery Boy who didn't come to my home for a return pickup of Product on 8th Dec 2020 and put his false comments on your system with no visibility to Customer, this needs to be fixed by Amazon.

Third I have canceled my order for One assist extended warranty of Product which is again the part of my single Order and while I was canceling that One Assist Order it ask for return date which I haven't given but your system created automatically for 9th Dec 2020, I really don't understand why return generated by your system for something which is not physical and what customer can give to your Delivery Boy ?

At last on 9th Dec 2020 10:00 am One Assist order Delivery boy come for Product pickup (Ecom express (Contact No[protected]--)) and asked for Product (Coway Air purifier), as a customer we assume this is for Air purifier and we hand over to him and I also called Amazon again as I have some doubt in my mind and I have not given any proof for Product return pickup. On 9th Dec 2020 in the evening at 5 pm, Coway Airpurifier order Delivery boy came for product pickup which I have already given to Amazon Pickup agent in the morning.I informed the same to that Delivery agent and he told me that he will complete return pickup once reach at warehouse but he canceled that return pickup and again I have to call many time to your teams for refund initiate.

So what Amazon can do in a fast way to resolve this on 9th Dec or 10th Dec, called that delivery agent and can confirm that he pickup Product from my home and complete Product return pickup so that my refund can initiate but on the other side what happens, my call to customer desk disconnected many times and I have give assurance by Amazon escalation team member on my call at 1:00 am on 11th Dec that it should resolved in next 18-24 hrs but that not happen, in the evening I received call from Ahmad after sending many email reminder to you giving my alternate no. and we discussed all the case again and Ahmad assure me that it will be resolved in next 3 days(yes 3 days not 3 business days) and I confirm the same and asked him to resolve it as soon as possible but what you are telling again to me wait for 2-4 business days just to confirm from your delivery agent.This is really not good for me as a Prime Customer of Amazon and nor for Amazon like companies where you can deliver in few hrs but you need 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th Dec 2020 and still asking for wait another 2-4 days.

Your delivery agent who picked this product from my home on 9th Dec not picking up my calls which again is suspicious to me as a Customer.

And my last question to you, If I have already informed your team and given my alternate contact no then who stops you to discuss with me. I haven't received any call from Amazon on my numbers which are[protected] and[protected] .

You can understand my frustration. First cheated by your Seller then your Delivery boy and this is still going on.

My refund is delayed not from my side but from Amazon's side with no valid reason .
