Amazon — Defective Mobile Received,Display NOT working

I Purchases A mobile Redmi Note 3 From 15 Nov 2016 Amazone Site. I Give 100 Rs Extra for one day Oder Came My oder Came at 16 Nov 2016 . But now I facing the Issue OF Display Which is not working, I Go to the site www.amazon.in and Click on return and replace process but they give me one tech support url which is not working when its open then another site open https://d.smartchk.net/asc/?referenceid=[protected] and there is nothing to do anything...means no return and replace process in Amazone. I want refund my money in my given account number which transaction is process of mobile purchases.
