Amazon — Delivery cancelled exchange verification failed

Hi this is ritesh sangar from kapurthala punjab i order my new mobile mi 11 lite ne 5g with exchange of my old phone realme 7 i also payed 13849 rs balance after exchange price fixed today on 22 may 2022 in morning i got msg from amazon delivery boy that he will delivered my parcel and he verify my old phone in the exchange of new mobile. He then verify my old mobile thoroughly and after clicking some photos of my old phone he send to his main manager for verification after the main man tells him to pickup my old phone he try to gave me the new phone instead he keep it to himself and tell me that this new phone will be not availabe for you so he kept for himself and tell me that he will process the request as verification failed and then he gone and the status is your package is returned to us and bla bla kindly look into this matter and process my refund i have some photo attached below kindly look into this matter my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
