Hi,

The company has not delivered many orders. We have been chasing and they get returned from the final delivery station.

They don't go out for delivery and then we have to ask for refund and place new orders which again don't arrive. This is very time consuming and stressful for a consumer.

Each time they say you will receive the order when I call them or chat. These are false promises. If they cannot deliver the order, they should not deduct money. Please raise this issue with Amazon.

Following are the order numbers, this is not ethical business and a company should not run like this:

*For this order,[protected], I have not received refund as their courier has not collected the item Hellozone Mobile Cover, they have booked collection thrice, once on 06.04, 07.04 and 09.04.

I am still awaiting refund, this issue is not resolved I had to contact them around 5 times for this item itself which costed me money and time.

Please resolve this.

    Product status is delivered but not received

    I have order zebronic keyboard from amazon 7 th April and in 9th april 10.22 pm status is shown order is delivered.But i didnot received.Called amazon agent and the agent is blocking my number..Busy...

    I have ordered an LG ac inverter on 26th March 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd April but I have not received any update regarding my order yet from blue dart or from your side regarding my order and whenever I have tried reaching you guys you just say sorry for the inconveniences we will escalate your query and you will recieve an update in 48 hours but I have not received any update. Now, it's my sister's wedding next week and I have ordered my ac for her and on 4th, I have requested to cancel the order as I have not received it, It is 6th April today and I have not received any update about cancellation and my refund too. You guys are playing with my patience I have been a prime customer of yours and the way you guys are treating me and always making false promises is pathetic. Give me the update as soon as possible or else I have to take legal action against you. I am fed up with you guys. This is totally unacceptable.

      Recently sellers have been posting items with false description and even going so far as to provide customers with defective items and use multiple alternate accounts to market said scam based defective items, When I approached Amazon to help stop them or compensate me for the time and money, a mountain of excuses and vague replies were given before even the ECR department that handles the corruption related problems and Amazon took sides with the seller running these scams despite Me the customer providing enough proof to take down the seller's scams . Things have become so bad that even giving a honest review about how bad or defective an item is, gets screened by amazon and rejected any way to keep the scammer safe . Things have gotten so bad, Amazon scams are almost on a level with Alibaba and Ebay scams .

      I demand compensation because just getting a refund is not helping after spending almost a month waiting for Amazon to send it a product find out it is DEFECTIVE then spending weeks to 'DECIDE' what to do about the situation which is becoming almost too predictable for me to know They wont do a damn thing and let scammers infest the website .

      So the Amazon Seller Management Team in all their vast idiotic knowledge decided to rule in favor of the seller and let more scams like this pass . Amazon India has proved it would rather let customers be scammed and let scammers fester and spread like a disease instead of stopping them and keeping them in line . We as customers only deserve the worst and total garbage that is sold for overpriced rates by Amazon India and its Scammer Sellers . This is why people want to leave the country . This is why we fall behind because when something can be done to stop corruption and wrong, They would rather give you the corporate 'Sorry and have a nice day, But come back to give us your money out of desperate need to support your family'

      Remember This Amazon India, You act cold and calculative towards customers, And we will be twice as ruthless, cold and calculative . You made mistakes, now live with them .

      After 11 days of waiting, Amazon suddenly decided to sweep the problem under the carpet and just refund my money, No compensation was done for me, no reprecussions for the seller's threats or their illegal business practice, Amazon India has shown they would rather side with scammers and crooks that intimidate customers and exploit the legal system set by the government to forcibly make customers change reviews and boost their sale .

      Lies, manipulation, threats of legal action by aggressive sales practitioner trying the price fixing scheme they call 'Traditional business' then giving smug replies how they should only get positive reviews instead of negatives . Good job Amazon India, Keep this up till the company becomes no different from a pit of snakes .

        Dear Sir,
        I had made bill payment from my Amazon app using pnb net banking on 9th jan 2022 of Rs 4288/- money was deducted from my account but not refunded yet as on 8th april 2022. I had already contacted PNB bank in this regard they say payment was successful as per PAYU (intermediary), So I request you to refund my money and pay Rs 100/- for each T+1 day that amounts to Rs 8600/- as on 8th april 2022 as per RBI policy and also compensate for all the inconvenience caused.

          We had placed an order for Solimo Medusa Engineered Wood Wardrobe (order number[protected] which was delivered on 31st March, 2022 (Thursday) and assemble order id was[protected] which was scheduled on 1st April, 2022.

          It has been a week chasing amazon team over phone calls and email (even marking top management) and there is no resolution. We are getting rescheduling notifications and messages everyday with date of 3rd April, 2022 even when the date has already passed. We have spent more than 20 hours calling customer support and there is nothing but false commitments.

                I placed an order on amazon (Payment was done via UCO Bank debit card) which was later returned by me. I am to receive a refund from amazon.com. In this matter, they said refund is processed by amazon but the same is not reflected in the statement of bank account. The customer care advised me to raise a dispute for chargeback. Amazon Billing department has confirmed that they issued a refund to my Bank account for Rs. 550.00 on Thursday 31...

                I have an ordered an product order no: :[protected] from the Amazon india on daye 23 march 2022 and return the product as the performance is not as expected but the my issue is that they are not refunding my amount that is 1698 rs i called more than 10 times in Amazon consumer service they are only extending the date and say we raise ticket call after 5 days today also they extend more 5 days they are not solving my problem as i am a student i have a cash problems and they are doing formalities and all.
                I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible

                  I ordered a laptop using the app on the 6th and was promised delivery by 9 pm on the 7th. It did not happen. Amazon apologised in a message attached to this order and requested me to wait till Monday.
                  I was willing to - until I saw the reason that has now been appended to the order. Apparently delivery could not be made because of the unavailability of the OTP.
                  This is simply false. No agent came to my home, much less asked me for the OTP.
                  It is disgraceful that Amazon feels the need to lie their way out of a failure to make good on their commitment

                    I have been searching for online job in Google. While searching I came to know about a job, it says that it is a data entry job and you can earn about 50-5000rs online. By clicking that link it redirected to whatsapp and an automated message was sent to the number +63 [protected] and she says that she is Janelle from customer assistance, Amazon. She asked for my Name, Age, City and Job details, after sending that she said your job is to help the merchants boost the reputation and sales of the company by completing the task and you will received a commission as a reward. If you are willing to try I will send you the link and register an account. She said to register in the below website to earn money.

                    I have registered and she asked for the registered mobile number and told me to start the task. They gave me task of order amount 300rs, they already gave bonus amount of 100 in my account, they asked me to save the task you need to pay the order remaining amount 200rs, after completing this task you will get 330rs in return and you can withdraw your amount. I completed the task next day i.e, Apr 05, 2022 and done withdrawal, but my withdrawal is in processing state, I asked her why they said you need to complete another task to withdraw, the amount of that task is 880rs, they said that you can use your money in the account, so I use that and paid 550rs after completing the second task too I can't able to withdraw the money, they said you can withdraw only 330rs now which is the amount of your first task, because after completing this level only you can withdraw the full amount. Level 2 consist of another task and the order amount increased to near 2000, I paid that too but they freezed my money, they said that only if you complete level 3 you can withdraw all your money back, level 3 has 4 tasks of bigger amounts like 10000, 15000 and last task they asked to pay 50000. Since without trusting them I questioned them and the customer assistance made me talk to Finance officer named Alia and her contact is +63 [protected], I asked why should I need to perform these tasks, she asked that to withdraw your money you should finish level 3, so i trusted them and completed the tasks. After completing the tasks my website account has money total of 3, 96, 156 rupees. They asked to pay the security deposit of 52, 500rs to withdraw the money. When I enquired about the reason they said that this is the security deposit amount you need to pay to Amazon, finance officer from Brazil contacted me and she said the same. I paid that too trusting them today morning. I have invested all my family savings in this and I trusted that I can get my money back. After paying the security deposit, they asked to process withdrawal I done that for amount 3, 95, 000 rupees but it failed again, now, they are saying that they processed my withdrawal and you need to pay Rs. 71, 100 as GST which 18% of your withdrawal amount which is charged by your Indian government. I questioned them and asked who is their head, Alia made a conference call to her head she told that it is GST and it is charged by your government. The head name is Diane. On this whole process I have asked them to give atleast the money I deposited in the start itself, they refused and told that you can withdraw only after doing all those tasks, security amount. Now they freezed my account and saying that they have explained me clearly and they will unfreeze my account only after paying the GST of 71, 100 rupees, I told them to deduct all those money they need including commissions and asked for atleast the money I deposited, but they are saying that if you need your money you should pay this amount and withdraw it. If this is a process then they should have explained about these things on the start itself, whenever I questioned them they sent me screenshots of successful withdrawal of other clients. How can I trust them again and pay that GST?
                    Kindly consider my complaint as soon as possible and ask them to refund the money to my account.
                    After questioning them they sent the proof of amount to be paid as GST, which Phillipines National Bank sent to them.

                      I have bought a new headphone Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition bluetooth in ear earphone with mic (Reverb Red). And I am not able to give you my order id because my account has been closed. You must have registered mobile number of my account +91 [protected]. Ordered from Amazon.in will have to be delivered on 7th March 2022 on Amazon.in. Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition Bluetooth In Ear Earphone with Mic (Bass Blue) Headphone packed in plastic packet and when I asked customer care to replace it, he took the headphone which I got, at first he refused After much talk, he took the headphones with him on 21st March 2022, and now when we talk about giving the money back, he says I gave you the real stuff, this is what I want and he has come to me . This is not my item and they say the original item will be delivered until we return the money.
                      After that my account has been closed, when I tried to talk to them by mail, they told us that your account will not be opened and they have not returned my money either. You help me sir, he is not taking anything from me.
                      If you won't open my account then no problem I request you to refund my money.

                        I have ordered an iPhone 12 128gb on 1 April 2022. At the time of order mrp of the iphone was shown as rs 84900, but when I receive the phone on 6april 2022, it's mrp was rs 70900 only. So they have shown wrong mrp of the iphone....

                          I recharged my mobile number on 31 March through amazon using upi payment method. The amount of Rs 719 had ben debited. But later my recharge got cancelled and amazon issued refund of Rs 719 on 1 April and the last date of credit was 6 April and amazon gave me refund reference number[protected]. But today is 7th april and i haven't received the money in my bank account, regarding this I talked to both amazon and sbi bank both are saying we cant do anything in this matter.

                            Hello I am getting frustation due to Bad elivery guy.
                            He is not picking my call simply in night 11 just giving misscall once. Then putting trying to reach customer.Is he playing with customer.If he is not intrested why Amazon sending my parcel to him.It is the 3rd days and other parcels also same guy not delivering.I think amazon should take appropriate action for frustating Customer.

                                I placed an order of product but the canceled it due to some reason. I added my Amazon pay balance and UPI amount. After the cancelation I received the Amazon pay balance amount but didn't received the UPI amount. Please refund the remaining amount to the bank account as soon as possible.
