I have been searching for online job in Google. While searching I came to know about a job, it says that it is a data entry job and you can earn about 50-5000rs online. By clicking that link it redirected to whatsapp and an automated message was sent to the number +63 [protected] and she says that she is Janelle from customer assistance, Amazon. She asked for my Name, Age, City and Job details, after sending that she said your job is to help the merchants boost the reputation and sales of the company by completing the task and you will received a commission as a reward. If you are willing to try I will send you the link and register an account. She said to register in the below website to earn money.

I have registered and she asked for the registered mobile number and told me to start the task. They gave me task of order amount 300rs, they already gave bonus amount of 100 in my account, they asked me to save the task you need to pay the order remaining amount 200rs, after completing this task you will get 330rs in return and you can withdraw your amount. I completed the task next day i.e, Apr 05, 2022 and done withdrawal, but my withdrawal is in processing state, I asked her why they said you need to complete another task to withdraw, the amount of that task is 880rs, they said that you can use your money in the account, so I use that and paid 550rs after completing the second task too I can't able to withdraw the money, they said you can withdraw only 330rs now which is the amount of your first task, because after completing this level only you can withdraw the full amount. Level 2 consist of another task and the order amount increased to near 2000, I paid that too but they freezed my money, they said that only if you complete level 3 you can withdraw all your money back, level 3 has 4 tasks of bigger amounts like 10000, 15000 and last task they asked to pay 50000. Since without trusting them I questioned them and the customer assistance made me talk to Finance officer named Alia and her contact is +63 [protected], I asked why should I need to perform these tasks, she asked that to withdraw your money you should finish level 3, so i trusted them and completed the tasks. After completing the tasks my website account has money total of 3, 96, 156 rupees. They asked to pay the security deposit of 52, 500rs to withdraw the money. When I enquired about the reason they said that this is the security deposit amount you need to pay to Amazon, finance officer from Brazil contacted me and she said the same. I paid that too trusting them today morning. I have invested all my family savings in this and I trusted that I can get my money back. After paying the security deposit, they asked to process withdrawal I done that for amount 3, 95, 000 rupees but it failed again, now, they are saying that they processed my withdrawal and you need to pay Rs. 71, 100 as GST which 18% of your withdrawal amount which is charged by your Indian government. I questioned them and asked who is their head, Alia made a conference call to her head she told that it is GST and it is charged by your government. The head name is Diane. On this whole process I have asked them to give atleast the money I deposited in the start itself, they refused and told that you can withdraw only after doing all those tasks, security amount. Now they freezed my account and saying that they have explained me clearly and they will unfreeze my account only after paying the GST of 71, 100 rupees, I told them to deduct all those money they need including commissions and asked for atleast the money I deposited, but they are saying that if you need your money you should pay this amount and withdraw it. If this is a process then they should have explained about these things on the start itself, whenever I questioned them they sent me screenshots of successful withdrawal of other clients. How can I trust them again and pay that GST?
Kindly consider my complaint as soon as possible and ask them to refund the money to my account.
After questioning them they sent the proof of amount to be paid as GST, which Phillipines National Bank sent to them.
