I ordered a package and got a delayed delivery which is understandable due to Pandemic. But once I opened the package I saw that the package was already open. I still ignored it and later that day I realised on small item was missing. I reached customer support and asked them to send me a part which is missing instead they said they will be replacing the entire product. I said ok for that and told them that I have a marriage and there are restrictions in the city for commute due to Covid and so I asked them to inform me a day prior so that I can come home for replacment.For which they said we cannot call all our customers like that and they cannot(Agent Shivani from chat was arrogant here but I ignored). So I asked them if they can delivery it on a specific day and they said they can arrange it and cannot garaunty it. so, I traveled home to receive the delivery on 27th May'21 and I see that the package is being received next day and not that day. When I reached them to ask why it was delayed they were rude to me. Specially Gopi from escalation team spoke to me rudely. I lost my cool and scolded him and reaching here for help. They are taking my money to provide new product instead provide me used product and that to delayed delivery and a part missing and they are least bothered about my situation and to acknowledge and ask to wait till tomorrow. If this happens in the US or other country they would have refunded the amount and gifted the product to customer but because we are in India and they know Indian cannot do anything they are ignorent to me. I told them I am not asking for a refund or gift I have to go for a marriage and I am waiting here because of there fault and wanted them to delivery my product before 8 AM next Day(28th May'21) and they said they cannot Guaranty. I am a customer who is indirectly paying there salaries by buying products from them and they show there arrogance to me because they know that customer in India cannot do anything. I desperately want consumer helpline team to take this up and help me with the Compensation(RS:8052.11 Product Cost + Rs:1500/- My travel Charges + Rs:1000000/- for insulting me on call and chat, which totals to 109552.11/-) for this issue and show these Giant companies that Indian courts could and will take Stringent action on them.
