I ordered one product from amazon and product name is Fire Boltt Smartwatch and i received the order and there touch problem issue I talk to one executive he told me that he placed replacement so i said that ok send the new product then again I m facing same issue I called to Amazon customer service which is showing in Amazon app. He raised the return request and he told me that pickup will be done on 18 Aug but i didn't received the call for pickup then I called amazon customer executive on 22 Aug mrng approx 10.40 AM she told me that i arranged the pickup and product pickup will be done on 25 Aug and i also received the confirmation mail. After that in the night I seen the order page that return windows closed same time I called customer executive there's your one executive received the call and her name is pallavi she told me that return window was closed so I told to her transfer the call to senior so told me wait I will transfer while senior will available I said allryt no issue I m waiting after that she disconnected the call.
I m your prime member I always purchased the Amazon Prime membership and if your pickup boy not come to pick up my product so why customer suffered on that is there any customer fault or not... If it's 200-400 product so I also let it be but it's product price is 4k... It's not my fault I also have all call recording and everything.
